oswald is a pretty aloof and relaxed fella, he always takes his time with things and doesnt like rushing himself or others with anything
he's a bit of an awkward geek, but he's also a sweetheart, and enjoys rambling on and on about the things he likes.. he loves reading, as well as gardening, and overall just likes to live life
he's quite close friends with #hemlockevu and #bethanygz, possibly having a crush on bethany, and he's aquaintances with hem's friend #illuvievu,,, however, he's met them via unfortunate circumstances
he encountered a living mass of static while out on errands, and upon seeing that it distorted the environment heavily, he tried to run, but fell through the ground when it warped and found himself in a completely different environment
hemlocke is trying to help oswald get back home so he can take care of his sickly little brother (currently unnamed and not very designed, more just a concept rn,,, plus idk if im allowed to make a shiftergriff on the spot bvhvgd)
