For me, I've been wanting to draw, but whenever I attempt to draw it looks not as good as usual, then I scrap the drawing.

well, if you want to improve, I've found the best advice is to go out of your comfort zone, trying out different ways to draw things.

The only way I figured out how to draw hands (And I still do this) is using my own hand as a refrence

I also look at my jacket to see how creases in clothes work

I noticed I use a lot of irl refrences for things like that
