But- if you do meet him, whenever, he offers his hat... When people accept... they're lifes go from Normality to an unusual Behavior... Examples including Late night Partying, swearing, "Doing an Odd Voice & with an Accent".
For those who refuse... he scoffs, Turns tail, and walks away... by then people notice an unusual scent from Bruneau himelf... a Rotten smell.
