Lol, I've had so many days like that.

I'm doing okay, I did a lot of stuff this week so I'm super tired, but other than that I'm alright for the most part.

Alexandrea looked between everyone in the room, unsure who to answer first, "Uhhm" she looked to Catch, "I've known about Faithful being trapped in Malice for more than a day now? Yeah I think more than a day" she nods slowly.

"S-Suzano was the one who told me the truth though, today, just not that long ago. About Malice actually once /being/ Faithful himself" Alexandrea put her palm to her forehead, "I'm still trying to wrap my head around it myself"

She then continues before anyone can speak, going on about what Suzano had told her, about what happened so long ago with the twins and Omen.

(And I'm too lazy to search all of Shadow's accounts to bloody find it again)

Terra just floated there silently as Alexandrea explained everything, trying his best to take in all of the story behind the princes of the past and narrowing his eyes slightly. //So... Faolan was taken to Soledormir, but... it was Faithful who became Malice...? How...//
After a moment of thinking on it more and staring at the ground, Terra looks back to Alex and asks, "F-Faolan was used as bait to capture Faithful? That's wh-what happened? Soledormir wasn't even planning on making Faolan the first Nightmare...? That's what y-you're saying...?"

Boreas kept an eye on Eater as he followed him, until he recognized the part of the palace they were entering. //He's going back to 'his room'... Of course.// The Captain decided he should give the Nightmare some time to cool off... And just hope that he didn't try anything drastic. In the meantime, he'd think over things and figure out how he would go about not being a threat when he did eventually go in there...
//...Hah... Maybe we can just have a nice, friendly chat...//

(I'm pretty tired and achy, but other than that, I'm doing pretty good!)

Eira listened in on the conversation in the room, the confusion coming back as she watched with a frown. "If he wanted Faithful, and turned hi into Malice, then... what became of Faolan?"

(I woke up this morning and my neck, left arm, and everything in between were killing me. 'XD

And then happy time came in like 'HEY, DID YA MISS ME?'

I'll be alright, though. It's a lot better than it was this morning.

I'm glad you guys are all doing pretty good, too, at least, from what was said up there. :>)

(Aww, I'm sorry you woke up hurting like that, and happy time's no fun either :s I'm glad you're doing better, though~)

//Ok... Ok, so I don't have a heart...// Dreameater confirms, but while he's still got his hand on his neck, he notices something on his sword... He cautiously turns it so he can observe the flat side of the blade--and there, reflected on the smooth black surface of Loyalty... Is the face of a Dreamer's true form, staring back at him with tired emerald green eyes and a rather fed-up-with-life expression. Eater inhales sharply and immediately drops his sword on the ground (And he also drops his glove out of his mouth when he gasps), backing away from it all the way to the prison bars. "I-I really /am/ possessed..." he whispers to himself, breathing rather heavily after everything, "What am I going to do...?!"

But a soft little pat on his side and a small, soft voice distracts him for a moment. "W-... Weaver, keep fighting..." Glory tries to encourage him through her sobs; she had been rather overwhelmed with emotion earlier after learning her partner isn't actually dead and was struggling with doubtful delusions herself, but now she's smiling up at him and weakly patting his side. "K-keep fighting it, Weaver... Don't give up..."

Unfortunately, with Eater in control, that doesn't go over very well with him. He curls his lip at her and roughly grabs her, nearly squeezing her as he takes her out of his pocket and chucks her out through the cell bars. "STAY AWAY FROM ME, YOU DELUSIONAL FAIRFIN!!" he roars.

Fiona was just listening for a while with a face that would tell anyone that she was thinking /very hard./
//...Wait a second, I SHOULD BE WRITING STUFF DOWN!! AHHH!!// She suddenly whipped around and dug vigorously through her hair. The Elemental pulled out her diary and tiny pencil and flipped through the pages until she found a semi blank one--then she started scribbling down notes like a frenzied copy-machine.

Boreas stood there for a while longer, just leaning against the wall and thinking. He'd just joined this group a couple of days ago and still, there was so much information he was missing.
He found it odd that the first thing he'd seen after regenerating was a Nightmare who had a Dreamer's soul stuck in him... If that were really true. And then he'd met the King of Nightmares, who was /lovesick./
//You turn away for five minutes and everything you know changes... Welp, that's how the world works sometimes.
...But what does this mean for other Nightmares and Dreamers? Why were their souls being kept there...//

He decided that was enough standing around and thinking for the moment. The Captain had a plan now, so he started making his way to Eater's cell.

Catch stood there, his mind went from one thing, it was overwhelming to say the least, some things only Confused him more as others things finally were making sense.

"... Faithful traded himself for Faolan...I knew Faithful cared about Faolan...even when they Argued I could feel it, but I didn't think he was Malice... " the red head thinks outloud, the Reality of it didn't seem real but it was, that it was his Ancestor who became the Nightmare king and because of that so many have suffered, including his friends... Catch look over to Terra when he spoke up " looking back, those vision I keep having, Faithful keep saving his brother over and over again, we seen with my first Vision at the hideout and then I had seen one with Crystal were Faithful had lost his arm saving Faolan, those weren't the only times..." Catch look down as he rub his hurt arm " it looks like that what Soledormir was trying to do from the beginning and it worked...he got Faithful and because of that, I'm guessing the kings couldn't stop Soledormir..."

Catch look to his wife with her question, now that the table had been flip he wasn't sure what happened to that twin " Im not sure...I seen a vision were Malice stab someone who look like him, but now I'm not sure, everything was black and white...I had thought it was Faithful who got killed but maybe it was Faolan... i should ask Blue or Victoria more on vision or if they know more"

Eater watches his crying Fairfin hit up against the wall and fall to the floor, but he doesn't care about Morning Glory, what he cares about is the aura he senses coming his way. //Aaahh, he's still coming...!// he realizes with a grimace, quickly turning to look around at his den for a hiding place. In such an empty, simple room though, there's only one real place he could possibly hide...
Without any further hesitation, Eater snatches his glove up off the floor, desummons his sword, then runs over to the bed as he puts the glove back on. He crawls under the bed, trying to hide himself as best as he can, even if it means taking off his hat...

Alexandrea wanted to throw her hands up in the air, "I guess so!" she gives Terra a look, "I just learned this myself! I don't know what Soledormir was planning, but clearly he succeeded, he got Faithful to become Malice!"

Then it hit her, "Dreamcatcher!" Alex sudden shouts his name, "You can see into the past right? Can you look back and we can see what really happened? All we have is one person's word that Malice is Faithful, why not check to make sure?" she tilts her head slightly to one side, "Can you do that? Or do you think we can get someone who can?"

Terradream doesn't say anything more in return to Alex, and simply glances over to Catch with a curious expression when the phoenix shape-shifter asks her questions. //... I guess that's one way of finding out, but... I don't really want to watch someone else turn...// he thinks, frowning ever-so-slightly, then as he tries coming up with other possible ways they might get this information, he remembers some other things, and adds, "I'm pretty sure we've got more th-than one person's word for that, I was with Qui wh-when she discovered that same thing earlier, she read from Queen Victoria's own notes that Malice was Faithful... I'm pretty sure she of all people knows wh-who and what her husband is..."

Stepping down the stairs and into the room with the single jail cell, Boreas just glanced around, noting that Eater had gotten himself out of sight... To an extent. There weren't really a lot of places to hide in that room.
He stayed alert, but turned most of his attention to a little sobbing Fairfin on the floor. The icy Elemental crouched down, putting together what had likely happened pretty quickly, "Hey, you alright?" He quietly asked, reaching one hand out to Glory.

Eira watched the conversation quietly, wondering more and more what really happened in the past that they didn't know about. "I suppose Queen Victoria would have a word or two on it, if she knew already who Malice really was..."

Morning Glory/Hope sobs and whimpers in return, needing a moment before she weakly stretches out one paw to touch Boreas' hand. "He... He needs light..." she mumbles, slowly raising and turning her head back to the prison cell, as if she's going to try heading in there despite looking hurt, "He needs light to f-fight the darkness, I need to give him more light, Captain...! Weaver's so sick, but he's trying to fight..."

Eater is being dead quiet and isn't going to do anything to give away his hiding spot...

Fiona kept jotting things down, realizing there were a few things she needed to revise some notes in other pages with all they'd just learned about...
But she glanced up, a saddened look coming across her face as she thought about Faithful, Faolan, and Victoria.
She wondered about Alexandrea's suggestion for a moment too, looking to Catch briefly. "We could probably figure out a LOT from that, but... What all would we even see?" She muttered. The Elemental wanted to know what had happened, and why, and how... But at the same time, her expression shifted to a more concerned one, especially as she glanced to Terra.
"I think Suzano and Queen Victoria would both know what they're talking about too--they've been around and in the middle of this stuff for a /reeaaaaaally/ long time."

Catch look up when Alexandreas brought up about seen a vision, his expression help his Uncertainty " I... I guess so... Blue did show me how to focus a vision but that was only one time..." he went back to rubbing his arm, he already had a vision today and passed out because of it, and he just used up a lot of energy taping into Eater emotions in which he Discovered Weaver was still alive and in the Nightmare.

He thought about having a vision, he was a bit more willing to try now but didn't know if he could or even should, he was still recovering from having Malice Shard removed and the Prince knew in order to see a vision he have to shift to his dark form again... something he wasn't wanting to do right now. " we could ask Blue, he seem to know about visions, maybe he could show us? But i agreed with Fiona, we should figure out what exactly we want to see, Blue told me you can focus a vision on something so not to have random ones"

Thankfully Terra and Eira brought up a good point which got him thinking to " there not the only ones who lived a long time, this place got to have a lot of people who live that long? Maybe " he Shrugged his shoulders and then look to the Phoenix shapeshifter and push his lips thinking, he knew her and Malice were a couple " we could even ask Malice but I trust the word of Suzano and Queen Victoria over the word of the Nightmare king "

Alexandrea scowled at Terra when he revealed he knew the same thing, that Malice was Faithful, //Okay then, pin it all on me// she huffs, crossing her arms.

"Living a long time means that your memory mucks up things, they've lived thousands of years, surely some thing's have been forgotten? Or some details have been mixed together with other memories?" Alex shakes her head, "Take it from me, I've lived a very, very, long time. I can't remember every little detail, even of things that I think are important. Eventually your memory will block out traumatic details or details it thought were insignificant. Can you remember everything that's happened in your life? Beginning til now? Can you remember everything that's happened since you were chosen as a candidate? Every little detail? No"

"So let's get Blue to see it for us" Alex gave an amused look, "You're quite banged up Dreamcatcher, and it doesn't hurt to just look and see for ourselves"

Boreas carefully picked up Glory, making sure he didn't injure her any further. She was in such poor condition, it made it a little difficult to tell what kind of new injuries she had...
"I know... I really do...
But right now, I need you to trust me and take it easy." The Captain said quietly. He wasn't sure how she'd take that, being the way she was, but he wasn't about to let her get anywhere near Eater again.

He just stood there in the room for a few seconds, before really breaking the silence. "Welp. Looks like we're gonna be here for a while.

Might as well get comfy. I've got a few ways to pass the time.
...Ever had one of your own limbs run away from you?"

Terra just gives Alex a confused look when she suddenly scowls at him, and he can't help but wonder, //What's that look for? What did I say to warrant that...? Did I say something wrong...?//
Then when she goes on, he can't help but raise an eyebrow at first, then narrow his eyes very slightly at her. //I sure remember the day my dad died...//
"Y-yeah, sure, not everyone's going to remember everything..." he starts after Alex has finished, "But not everyone is like you, not everyone is the same, and f-for all we know, Vaseterm might have better memories than any of us, th-they're an entirely different species... On t-top of that, it's not just the Queen, Suzano told you a-about it, Osiris confirmed it to Qui earlier... A-and I don't think someone could just 'forget' about her husband b-being taken and then coming back as a Nightmare, unless that person is delusional or in denial..."

Catch's comment does remind him of one of the many things he has yet to do, though, and he, well, makes the sound of breathing out a sigh and puts his hand on his forehead. //That's right, I was going to try and get some samples from Malice...
... W-wait, where did I leave the bag with the tools..? It must've been either the library or the Queen's office... Ah, moons...//

Eira listened to the conversation without adding onto it, fidgeting with the corner pages of the book on top of the stack.

Fiona was confused when she saw Alex scowl at Terra, too. She looked between the two of them for a moment. She knew that she definitely wouldn't forget anything like that, but she didn't add anything to what anyone was saying. Instead, she turned her attention to Catch, giving him a concerned look again, "Yeah, I think if we're gonna do this, we should get Blue. Those things've always been really rough on you, and today's already hit you hard!
...I didn't know you could actually focus your visions to see things, though."
Well, as she thought about that, she remembered the vision he'd had earlier--vaguely remembering how Nora had tried to get him to focus on peaches...
"...Jeez, there's a lot about this vision stuff we don't know." She mumbled, narrowing her eyes and frowning as she scribbled down a few more things.

Glory weakly looks back up at the Captain with tears in her eyes, but she slowly nods her head. "Ok..." she mutters, and turns to look back to the not-quite-empty prison cell.

Eater is still quiet...

"... He's under the bed..." Glory quietly announces.

Dreamcatcher was starting to feel bad for Alexandreas, he could see that Faithful was the one who became Malice, now with everything that had came into light, it was him along that Soledormir was trying to stop and now he knew he did... to Catch he didn't need to see a vision to know who Malice was, but he was curious in why Soledormir wanted Faithful so much, that he go though so much trouble in getting him, he was also curious about what really happened with Faolan now that they knew he wasn't Malice //why? Why did Soledormir do that? Why does Malice appear as the one brother when he really the other?... I just don't get it...// he rock his jaw thinking.

" I'm fairly confident that Faithful is who Malice but if you need to see first hand Alex, then we can see about if Blue can help..." the Dreamer prince went quite, that time they would see wouldn't be a good one... Catch look to Eira, Fiona and last to Terra " any of you don't have to come... if a vision going to be on when Malice came to be, I can only imagine it's going to be bad "

"You're not listening!" Alexandrea says, "I didn't say Victoria and the other's were 'like me', I said that over a period of time, people forget or other memories muddle up other memories! And losing her husband, knowing he became the Nightmare King, it's /traumatic!/ Trauma can cause you to block things out, or forget things, besides, no one said they /were there/ when Faithful was turned or what exactly went down!"

"I know Faithful is Malice, that Faithful is trapped inside him, I'm not calling anyone a liar or delusional" Alex threw her hands up finally, starting off to leave the infirmary, "I'm gonna go see if Blue will help me see, whoever wants to come, come. Whoever doesn't, don't!"

Terradream doesn't say anything more to Alex, he only gives her a more and more confused look. //You were the one who said "Take it from me, I can't remember everything," so doesn't that imply you were saying they were like you...?// the ghostly Dreamer thinks, scratching the back of his head, //And I thought you weren't sure that Faithful was Malice, and that's why you wanted to see it? If you know Malice is Faithful, why do you still want to see what happened? Why would anyone want to watch that...?//

But, like I said, Terra doesn't say any of those thoughts out loud, and he just watches Alexandrea go to leave. "... I guess..." he slowly and quietly starts, glancing over to Fiona and noticing her with her diary, "I'm... gonna see about... I dunno, maybe I'll go ask Osiris for a s-spare, empty book I can use... Then I'll get back to that th-thing I said I'd help out with... How about you guys...?"

"That does make sense..." Eira murmured in commentary to what Alex said, before she left the room.

The thought of seeing the dark past of Malice and the fate of the twins certainly wasn't appealing to the griffin shiftress, but she stood up anyway. "I'll stay with you Catch," she said to her husband, coming over to him with a caring yet concerned look. "I want to make sure you're alright... You've been through a lot today already, I can tell. You don't have to do this now if it'll be too much," she mentioned.

Fiona looked to Catch at first as he told them that they didn't have to come, then her attention was pulled to Alex as she spoke and then left the infirmary. The Elemental watched with /even more/ confusion and concern on her face, wondering about the phoenix shapeshifter and just how that whole vision would go down...
Then Terra stated what he was going to do, and then Eira did the same... She knew that vision wasn't going to be pretty, and she didn't want to leave anyone. She wanted to know what had happened, but her mind was also scrambling to put together all the rampant thoughts about /everything./

Fiona frantically looked around to everyone in the room and the door, and even down to her chicken-scratch notes.
"...aaAAAAAHH, I DON'T KNOW!!"

Dreamcatcher just stood there for a moment, his mind was just trying to Sort everything out, he still had Weaver on his mind which he was Concerned about, Eater took off and he only hoped that Captain Boreas was able to calm down the Nightmare and then there was Purity and her Condition, let alone his own

The red head prince let out a tired sigh, he wants to support Alex, she was parof the group but at the same time he didn't understand why this had to happen now // she just has to see for herself, who am I to say what really happened, I just don't think im ready for something like that....// Catch himself was almost turned into a Nightmare by Malice, he didn't want to imagine what Faithful went through " I know Faithful is Malice...I know we could learn more by looking into the past but to be honest.... I don't think im ready just yet to see what really happened to Faithful...not yet at least, there things I still need answer to with Weaver and if Faithful is still alive I want to help save him to"

"...Yup, I figured about as much." Boreas muttered, giving Glory a thank you in the form of a slight nod.
He hadn't expected Eater to respond, so after a slight pause, he just continued from where he'd left off.
"That happened to me a while back. You already know I've got a fancy-schmancy metal arm.
This was way back when I was first getting it made. My old buddy--the master of metal arts helped me out with it. He was a character, alright--always doing weird dances. You should hear how he /yodels./ He'd tell me that was the secret to working the metal--you really have to impress it.
Well, I never questioned it... Seemed like it worked most of the time."
