some notes:
-the black feather mane that runs from the top of the head to the feather fan on the tail can be raised, it's lowered in this pic.
-the feather fan around the tail can be opened, i drew it closed here.
-the 5 black feathers around the neck can be raised up (like the black feathers on real secretary birds)
-this girl has long eyelashes like real secretary birds lol
-all flight feathers are black, the outer primary, secondary and tertiary coverts are that ... crimson-y? red color. the next 2 rows of coverts are pale pink, then the other auxilliary (may have misspelt) are white. inner feathers are almost the same, just that 3 rows of covets are red and 1 is pink.
