Dreameater grimaces while he looks between everyone as they each make their points, and he slowly takes a step back away from Catch--though he doesn't back up far, since he bumps into the chair behind him. "N-no, I--I'm not--" he starts, and fearfully snaps back at Boreas, "I killed them! I made the prison explode, so they /had/ to have died! They can't be free...!"
Eater then turns back to Catch and quickly shakes his head, "No! No, that's not true! I do care! If you guys die, then Soledormir will win and he'll make me the Nightmare King, and make me have babies!! I need you to stop him!" he protests, then stops for a moment, comtemplating things, before suddenly lunging forward and grabbing Catch by the collar of his cape, and shaking him a bit. "C-Catch!! What does this mean for me?! Do I have Dreamer Syndrome?! Am I going to grow a heart and start /feeling things?!/ Am I going to turn into Weaver?! Am I going to die?! WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME!?"

Terradream nods his head to Alex and simply replies, "Yeah, of course... I d-don't mind..." The ghostly Dreamer moves off to the side and out of the way after that so they both can watch what's happening, but Alexandrea's last comments make him raise an eyebrow at her. "I don't think you have to be worried a-about that... You're wanting to share what you know, a t-traitor would just keep it to himself..."

Eira narrowed her eyes at the Nightmare as he spoke, nodding in agreement with the other's statements. Everything was sounding more suspicious, and for some reason, with her friends by her sides and the hope of Weaver alive inside Eater, she felt like the tables were turning for the better.
The griffin shiftress growled and grabbed Eater's other arm when the Nightmare seized Catch by the clothes. "Back off of him. You're the one who stole Weaver's body, but we're gonna take it back, so give up fighting," she asserted sternly.

(it's great to see you guys too!!! i saw the kickstarter for the switch colors live a few days ago and it made me wanna log in again lol)

Fiona scowled at Eater as he backed up, knowing what everyone was saying was true. Her expression turned more suspicious at the Nightmare's words, "...Can you explode souls? I don't think souls are an explodable thing..." She muttered.
But her thought process didn't go very far before Eater was lunging forward and grabbing Catch by his cape's collar. "HEY!!" She started, jumping to grab one of Eater's arms as well.
".../Yeah!!/ Eira's right, so BACK OFF!!"

Boreas didn't say anything else in response, he just folded his arms and raised one eyebrow as Eater started going into a panic.
//The evidence lines up, but if this were the case...
...Hm...//
He kept a sharp eye on the Nightmare, wary of whatever he might do as Eira made her very bold claim and Fiona darted in to join her.

Dreamcatcher glace over to the Phoenix shapeshifter he had her muttered something he wanted to ask her about to see if it could help with the situation but before the red head knew it the Nightmare was in a full blown panic "E-ater!" He snapped getting shook but before anything else happened Eira and Fiona step in

Catch glace to both ladies and smirked, they all were all Ralling for the same cause, the prince look to Dreameater, the Nightmare who was really nothing but a monster and now he knew his friend was trapped inside him " Weaver is my friend, your not Eater, were going to save him from you" he Growled

Alexandrea didn't feel so sure at what Terra said, she grew quiet and just watched for

Dreameater just stares at Catch, even when Eira and Fiona both grab his arms, it looks like it's taking a moment for him to process things... //But he's my ally, we're on the same side, he should be helping me...// he thinks, //But he wants to kill me... They ALL WANT TO KILL ME...!//
"LET ME GO!!" the Nightmare screams as he jerks his arms away from Eira and Fiona and scrambles to get away, tripping and knocking over chairs as he books it out the room, still screaming, "GET AWAY FROM ME!!!"

Terra likewise gets quiet, watching Dreameater with concern and thinking when the Nightmare runs off: //... Where's he gonna run to...? Someone will follow him, right...?//

Eira took a step or two back when Eater wrestled away from her and Fiona, and she watched with a scowl as the Nightmare ran from the room, holding back a second in case someone faster than her would pursue him. "Moons... For a Nightmare, he sure can be cowardly," she commented with a huff. The shiftress wasn't too fond of him after he had grabbed Catch like that - not to mention stealing Weaver's body and trying to kill Weaver, twice.

( Galaxy hasn't shown up yet? )

That's two weeks in a row now, she hasn't even popped in?)

(I'm here today, sorry for not saying anything, this week or the last, I'm just watching y'all while I finish up a drawing.)

Fiona eyed Eater rather intensely as he jerked away from them and ran out of the room in a panic. She almost immediately bolted to give chase, but she was stopped by her uncle.

"Hold it--you stay here. I'll go after him." The Captain stated and rushed to the door, but briefly looked back, "I've got questions for everyone in here, but that'll have to come later." He glanced to Fiona and Alex in particular. Then he turned to leave in pursuit of Eater.

"But--Uh... Ok." Fiona muttered, then just watched as Boreas left. The look he gave her made her stiffen up just slightly.
After a few moments though, she let out a sigh that turned into a slight grumble at the end...
"...Eater's an /evil jerk./"

Dreamcatcher was go to go after the Nightmare but when the captain told them he was the prince stop, he watched as Boreas left.

Catch stood there for a moment, everything happened so fast and there was so many questions but one thing he knew was " Weaver still alive" he said with a smile, the question now was how to fully reverse the Curse.

First Catch turned to his wife and smirked " you were something else just then" he took his good hand and placed it on Eira arm " thanks for backing me up " her Feistiness reminded him of there youth but this was far more serious than any child Squabble.

The prince then turned to Fiona and gave her a smile to " thanks for having my back to Fiona, I don't think Eater would have done anything but who to say right now? But I think we can let captain Boreas handle Eater " after saying this Catch then look to Alexandrea.

He glace at Eira and Fiona before walking over to the Phoenix shapeshifter, now that he didn't have a Nightmare Screaming in his face, the prince could ask questions, questions he wanted answers to " Alexandrea, when Eater was ranting did I hear you right? You knew something about Nightmares having a heart?" His tone was soft but his eyes were looking for the answers.

Nevaeh chime in as she Raises her hand " I SEEN A SOUL NOT A HEART!" she snapped but then adds with a Softer tone " but I can go check!" And with that the Crazy Fox lady made a dash for the door to...

Alexandrea grew visibly more nervous when Catch got closer to her, she bit her bottom lip and nodded in response, //Okay, you're not a hatchling, use your words//

"I did" She squeaks out, cringing inside at herself, she didn't even make a move to stop Neveah. "Yeah, Neveah's right with what she says" Alex can feel her heart trying to burst from her ribs.

"M-Malice has a heart Omen gave him.. But... in the context of soul's being tr-trapped in Dreamers..." Alex made a very nervous expression, she looked up at Catch, her silver eyes staring into his.

"Faithful Dreamer is alive too" Alex raised her voice, enough so others could hear her, but not loud enough she was yelling. "He's trapped inside of Malice... Because something, something, Malice's body was once Faithful's... Not Faolan's"

Terradream watches the Captain go, then quietly turns his attention to Alexandrea when she goes to explain. "... So Malice's former self was Faithful...?" he quietly speaks his thoughts out loud, though honestly, it doesn't seem like it's shocked him that bad, and he's still thinking things over. //... Uh... That's not all, is it? There's gotta be more than that, right...?// Terra pauses before quietly asking, "Do... Do you know anything else about this, A-Alex...?"

After bolting out of the waiting room, Eater made a mad dash to the elevator, not even bothering to look for any stairs, where he proceeds to mash the buttons for the doors, muttering, "Faster, faster, faster, fasTER, FASTER--" especially since he can sense Boreas coming after him...

Boreas had been hurrying after Eater at first... But he knew where the Nightmare was headed. As he neared his target and heard his frantic mutters, he started slowing his pace, "Hey, what's the rush?" The icy Elemental called out to the panicking purple Nightmare.

Eira turned to Catch and smiled when he thanked her. "I couldn't stand there and do nothing with how insane he was being," she said with a small teasing smirk. She watched her husband walk towards Alex then turned to the stack of books she had brought in earlier, sitting and idly shuffling them so they stacked a little neater. She looked up in surprise at Alex's announcement about Malice. //How can that be?... If Weaver is alive, then it would make sense that the Dreamer of Malice's body would be alive too... But I thought it was Faolan? What else have we misunderstood about Nightmares and Dreamers?//

"YOU STAY AWAY FROM ME!!" Dreameater roars back at Boreas, backing away from the elevator's controls and into the elevator's corner, extending his chains and rattling them threateningly at the Captain.

Fiona managed to lighten up a bit with Catch's words--all of them. //Weaver /is/ still here... We're getting closer to bringing him back!!// Then she gave Dreamcatcher a hearty nod, smiling a little at both him and his wife. "Of course! We're a team!"
//...And Boreas can handle Eater. Everything's fine.//

She looked to Alexandrea now. Eater being crazy had distracted her from what the phoenix shapeshifter had wanted to say, but now she was at full attention, especially as Catch went over and asked her about it. She followed him over to her.
A look of shock came over her face. She had known about Malice having Faithful's body, but everything else?
"Wait, what?!" //Faithful's still alive?! I... I guess that makes sense, if Weaver's still here... Are all Dreamers who turned still alive?! Even after all this time?!
...And is that why Malice's been weird, too?! He has a heart?!
But... Is it Faithful's actual heart? Or heart reflection? Or...
...WHAT KIND OF HEART, THERE ARE TOO MANY DIFFERENT KINDS--AND OMEN GAVE IT TO HIM?!//

If ya’ll want to get Crystal in an interaction of some kind I don't mind, but I’m okay with just watching for now though too. I'm usually really slow and I'd really hate to further slow things down and stuff. I’m also not sure I’m in a mindset to be able to concentrate on making responses and such.

But again, either way I don’t mind.)

Boreas slowed to a stop as Eater backed into the corner of the elevator, a plot starting to form in his mind...
It might be dangerous, but...
He had to test the waters.

"Alright, sure, but first, I need you to do me a favor--" He carefully stopped the elevator door from closing with his right hand. With his left, he formed a tiny, harmless fish made of ice and tossed it into the corner of the elevator opposite to Eater. It plinked across the floor...
"Keep an eye on that for me."
Then he pressed the button to close the doors and quickly ducked out of the elevator, waving to the Nightmare. "Bye, now."

Catch eyes were locked on Alexandreas as she explained what she knew, but as shapeshifter when on his expression change, first he was confused, he had heard Omen gave Malice a heart and that the Nightmare king was acting strange because of it but with what Alex said last took the prince off guard " Wait what?!" He Blurted out.

"But, I know I seen..."Dreamcatcher stood there with a look of shock that slowed was turning to horror was it sunk in // they, they had the same face, but, but I thought Malice was Faolan, but he not? He's Faithful... Malice is what? My great, great something grandfather?! //

Here Catch had been on a emotional Rollercoaster ride with Eater in finding out that Weaver alive, it was a ride that had its up and downs, it Sharp twists and turns but at the end of it he knew Weaver was still alive and was joyful about that, it was like he got off that ride and didn't even have time to fully let it sink in before a bus just came out of nowhere and hit the prince full on...
" I... uh...you know Faithful still alive and is in Malice?... that's... he was Faithful... I... " Catch was trying to wrap his mind around everything// ...if he alive and trapped in Malice and the same is for Weaver and Eater, dose that mean all Nightmares are like that?... // the prince wasn't sure what all to say, so much had been dropped and he didn't understand half of it but he was able to ask " How long have you known? "

Dreameater growls at Boreas when he stops the elevator, but he stops pretty quickly when the Captain tosses an ice fish into the other corner of the elevator and closes the doors. The young Nightmare just stands there for a while, staring at the fish and rattling his chains at it before he gets himself to even press the button to go down to the first floor, and even when he does that, he's pressing himself against the wall and using one chain to hit the button. //Wh-what is that???// is one of the many thoughts going through his strained mind--his survival instincts are still going wild and what Boreas did isn't making any logical sense, leaving too much for his Nightmare mind to process what's a threat and what isn't. Eater glances once or twice away from the fish, trying to sense where Boreas' aura is, but at this point he's so terrified of everything, he can't turn his attention away from that fish in the corner, for fear something will happen if he looks away...

For good measure, Eater eventually raises one of his barbed chains and goes to impale said fish, for clearly this is some kind of trap...

After managing to complete his seemingly crazy idea, Boreas headed for the stairs. He was planning on meeting Eater at his destination. Thus, after figuring out that he wasn't going to the second floor, the Captain stopped on the first floor, and leaned casually against a nearby wall as he waited for the doors of the elevator to open.

Even once the doors open, Dreameater is still overly cautious, watching the fish, then glancing out at the room outside the elevator doors, then back to the fish... He does notice Boreas' aura outside as well, which doesn't help, but he speedily comes up with a plan--shifting to his true form, the Nightmare shakes the fish off his capped barb and bolts off again, beelining straight for the infirmary's exit with the hopes of completely avoiding Boreas, if he's able...

Boreas knew Eater probably wouldn't acknowledge anything he was about to say, (Maybe /someone/ would catch it.) but either way when the doors opened, he had to ask...

"Hi again. Did you enjoy your de-scent? Or did you smell something fishy?" He grinned mischievously, making absolutely sure he was anything but aggressive.

The Captain wasn't going to do anything to stop Eater from running at that point--corner a Nightmare and it'll bite.
He watched where he headed, though. Then he quickly cleaned up the remains of the stabbed ice-fish from the elevator.
//He's on edge. Cautious--not fully brutal. Don't want to provoke that.//

Then he rushed after the Nightmare, but made sure to keep his distance. To keep up, he actually took to the air slightly.
...Not as much as Fiona typically did, though.

As Boreas knew, Eater did not catch the puns...

The Nightmare tears out of the infirmary and through the halls, running as fast as he can to get back to his den, his safe haven... His prison cell... He leaps down the stairs and nearly stumbles as a result, then quickly shape-shifts to his human form again, takes the cell key out of his pocket, lets himself in, and locks the door again behind himself. With Boreas being a ways behind him, Eater stops in the center of the room to think... //Th-they're all going to kill me... They're going to kill me to bring Weaver back... He's inside me...? N-Nevaeh said I didn't have a heart--but that was before she looked into my eyes...!//

This gives Dreameater the idea for the only /reasonable/ thing to do.

He summons his reflective black sword in his hands, turns it around, holding the sharp blade in his hands, and points the tip right at his chest...
//IF WEAVER'S INSIDE ME AND I'M GROWING A HEART, I'LL DESTROY IT MYSELF TO MAKE SURE HE CAN'T TAKE OVER!!// he thinks--
//--But--Wait, Dreamers need hearts to live, if--if I stab myself and rip up my heart, would that kill me?!--
NO! THAT MUST BE WEAVER THINKING THAT, BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T WANT ME TO STOP HIM--
But this seems like a REALLY bad idea!! That would hurt!! I don't wanna kill myself either!!--
But is there any other way I can make sure I don't have a heart!?//

After staring off into space for a moment, still pointing his sword at his chest, another idea pops into his head that seems a bit more reasonable--he holds his sword in one hand and bites his glove off his other, then practically slaps that hand onto his neck, pressing and feeling for a pulse. //... There's nothing... I don't feel anything...//

Nevaeh got lost as soon as she existed the room and was now running down the hallways by herself

( i don't think any more RPing going to get done tonight, so we can just call it Early hopefully next week will be better for everyone)
