Elcie is a goofball, to put it simply. Like in this picture, she'll fly around all willy-nilly and do all sorts of bizarre things, simply because she can. She can be a bit nosey, but overall she's very friendly and understanding... If you can tolerate her odd quirks.
Like other ice variants, she loves to bury herself in snow, and even dump snow on top of others--this is typically never out of ill-will, though. One of her favorite things to do is draw in the snow or make sculptures out of it, even if it's on top of someone else's head.
There's definitely a bit more to her than this, but that's for another time...
