Resistance files describe it as a prototype Wispon that is not limited to one type of Hyper-Go-On energy. And while it has not been tested, it is theorized that the weapon's projectiles can be absorbed both by other Wisps and by individual Mobians who have been greatly exposed to Hyper-Go-Ons. However, power can only originate from one of two sources: a live wisp or a vial of pure extracted Hyper-Go-Ons, the latter being harder to supply.
