I haven't really seen too many aquatic type maticore so I came up with this one.
The wings are leathery and not actual feathers. And the blue/orange markings only glow underwater/in the dark.
other then that all info is up to you.
(Red and blue are really hated by colors...)
I was half tempted to keep this one.
