If anyone interested I would love to trade design or art for you to make me a Manticore in your style.

Now how this will work:

I'm kinda wanting it to be something more Laid back that people just have fun coming up with different designs.

I will try and match quality for quality.

Example: if the design has little detail or effort then I in return will do the same, So if someone does a Sketch then I will do a sketch for my end Or if someone does something with a ton of details then I will try and return and make something really detailed.Artistic death for Artistic death And everything In between, ect...

I'm hoping that this will free up the Stress on both sides of needing to do something overwhelming Detailed or them getting something really detailed in Returned and when that not there style and just isn't fun for them to draw and stress out having a character they probably never draw.

So my hope with it this way people can be more comfortable in just making a design without feeling as Obligated or pressured in doing something that they don't really want to.

My goal in this is i want a bunch of ScorpioKitty with different styles and ideas so i want people to make them true to what they're comfortable with and only push themselves if they really want to. :)

So what kind of manticore am I looking for? Well that im Leaving entirely up to you, I want this to be an opportunity for you to explore your own imagination and get as Creative as you like.

Note: I will Except almost anything! other then the Obvious things like NSFW etc...I also will not do that anything like that for my end so don't ask.

Now I will list a few things just to help open up the boxes of imagination and dig a little deeper just so you get an idea of just how deep one can take Creative~

What is a manticore?

A manticore is Typically a lion with a scorpion tail, in some cases they have bat like wings and the Traditionally manticores would have a human face ( that creepy, i like the kitty face more ) Their coloring is the natural of these animals, so browns and blacks.

I will Except this, even ones with a human face but there so much more you can do~

Why stop at a lion? There so many other kitty's to pick from! Tigers, cheetahs, Snow leopard, Black panther, Cougar, Lynx, Bobcat, Caracal, Serval, house cats, Saber tooth tiger, fantasy cats, the list go on!

manticores are known for their scorpion tails, but the look of that can be so much more! Why not a blade, sword, Spear, Saw, Laser beam, bow or gun, etc... Why not Something like a rose thorns or Cactus, Porcupine quills, Crab claw, etc... You can get even more Creative, why not a Lantern, a head with a horn, a claw, Spheres, or something that opens up or Changes into something else, there so much you can do!

manticore sometimes have bat wings, but why stop there? Birds wings, dragon wings, fins, Webbing, flower petals/ leaves, Clouds, balloons, bug wings, Mechanical wings, Jetpack etc... or no wings at all! So many different things you can do!

manticore heads are seen as either a human or kitty ( I like the kitty one more just saying) but why not explore other options? Why not other animals or creatures heads? Why not a mask or something else? Try Make something up on your own?!

What if Cats just are to hard for you but you still want to join the fun? Well why not Mix and match or make a highbred? Why not make a dragon with some cat like Features? Or how about a wolf or Horse? Etc...

To add on to this,
How about body parts? How many heads? No eyes,1 eye, 2 eyes, 4 eyes? Etc... what do they look like?! ears and all the different things you can do with those! What they look like and how many? How about How about limbs! How many arms, legs, wings and tails!

Some examples: Chimera manticore or hydra manticore, Cyclops manticore, Centipede manticore, Kitsune manticore, there so much you can do! Explore your options this is what creativity is all about!

(6)Why not accessorize? Try out Armor, jewelry, Clothing, wrappings, ribbons, gemstones, beads, feathers, Spikes, Hairstyles, headdress, markings/ tattoos, glasses, top hat, eye patch, Dream catchers, lanterns, fantasy stuff, Scifi stuff, etc...or no accessories at all! Its Totally up to!

(7) what if Animals in general isn't your strong point? Well why not a Humanoid manticore?! beastkin, Kemonomimi, sphinx, centaur, faun/satyr etc... make them as human or Beast like as you want!

If that still not your thing, why not make something with a manticore theme? Make a character with Armor or Clothing with a manticore vibe, or how about Weapons, Vehicles, Jewelry, etc... see just how far you can explore!

Why not add in some Gimmicks? Glow parts, or stuff that floats, goop/ slim, See through, Holographic, magic stuff, Tech stuff, Detached limbs, something that grows or changing, shape shifting etc...

Colors? Well I'm sure you're getting my messages by now ;)
That up to you! Neutral toned, pastels, dark, Neon, Warm, cool, Tie dye, etc... The same go with Patterns! Spots, Stripe, solid, stars, etc... mix and match see what you come up!

(11) what about a theme? Well I'm leaving that Entirely up to you! Like I said I'm fine with how Traditional or imaginative you want to go! But like Previous will put down some Examples:

Elements, fire, water, Earth, storm, plant etc... Japanese, medieval, Victorian, Egyptian, Aztec, cowboy, Steam punk, Scifi, horror, Apocalypse, Prehistoric, Cutesy, Chibi, Reelism, candy, food, Space, time, Ocean,Arctic, desert, Volcano, memes, Angelic, Goth, Edgy, bright, Music, Hero, villain, Virtual, Cyborg, fancy, shiny, Elegant, Barbaric, animals, etc... this out of everything is the deepest boxes you could ever climb into, so don't stop at what on the top, get in there and explore! You never know just what you fine and come up with!

What if you thought up more then one design? That ok! Just let me know and I be willing to do Another trade with you :)
Like I said I just want a bunch of manticore of different styles and ideas, and as you now probably see the world of Creativity is a vast Ocean so I'm Encouraging you to set sail and see just were the winds of Imagination takes you :)

Don't feel like you have to do anything crazy either, like I said it up to you just how Traditional or crazy you go, ill be happy with just about anything and this isn't a Competition so you don't have to worry about being judged, just have fun with whatever you do! ^-^

As far as a time frame I'm pretty flexible but to give a end date so its not an everlasting thing, how about we go for the end of Summer. ( so September)

There still no need to rush! This is something meant to be fun and less stressful and I understand art block all to well, so only Participate if you want to and don't feel it something you have to do right now, i want you to enjoy the experience and hop in when you're ready (if you want to join)

Note: As far as what medium you can use, I'm fine with here on colors work or if you want to do traditional or tablet art, I do have access to DA, Discord and Instagram, you just might have to tell me we're you post your end so I can fine it :)

Note: I won't start my part until yours is complete so I know what level to do my end for. Please be patient with me as well as far as time goes, I will make a list of what I owe and do them in order of when I receive my Manticore.

For my end you get to pick Either me to do a design for you or art, please keep in mind all my work will be done on a 3DS or 2DS and posted here on colors, I can post on both Discord and Instagram to.

Re: Haha, no, manticore are not my species, there a Persian legendary creature, here what Wikipedia says.
"The manticore is a Persian legendary creature similar to the Egyptian sphinx that proliferated in western European medieval art as well. It has the head of a human, the body of a lion and a tail of venomous spines similar to porcupine quills, while other depictions have it with the tail of a scorpion."

So manticore are like any other Mythological creatures, like Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix.
