@Dubitheartist it's copied from a picture of Luffy using 2nd gear, since he'd be underwater in this; I chose a screenshot when his hair was flowing wildly to get a underwater look. But.. yes: this is copied from official artwork, Luffy's hair spikes when it's flowing and messy in general when normal! ....I feel like I messed up his mouth, though...
