Xenoceratops

1. Despite his intimidating visage, Praetorus is a kindhearted being who likes talking to the people around him, wherever he may find himself. He is always quick to help those in need and prefers to avoid violent resolutions to problems.

2. The red oval on his chest is actually a giant ruby, created by his powers of matter manipulation. He implemented that into his form just in case he breaks something and has to pay for it.

3. Praetorus works with another Akhetian named Lucci. Lucci finds beings in the world that are capable of bringing it to total destruction and sends Praetorus to destroy them. After he assails whatever monster Lucci sends him after, Praetorus typically has to pay somebody with his ruby, due to the destruction left in his wake.

4. Whenever he’s not doing Lucci a favor, Praetorus will wander the world, simply exploring. He is curious about the world of organic beings and tends to enjoy learning about them.

5. Whenever Praetorus walks around, he has to be careful with his wings, as those feathers are not actually feathers. Each one is basically a very sharp blade, as to cut through the air during flight and minimize drag.

6. Praetorus absolutely despises people who are greedy, petty, or just overall unpleasant. To him, there is no reason to be rude or selfish. He thinks that the people who are like this are the scum of the earth, because they’re doing it on purpose.

7. In antiquity, his weapon of choice was a throwing spear, which he could throw at mach speeds. In more modern settings, he’ll still use the spears, but if that’s not enough, he’ll construct a railgun instead. He seems to have taken a liking to extremely fast projectile weaponry.

8. Praetorus was based loosely on the Egyptian deity Horus, god of the sun, sky, and the hunt. A few of the Akhetians have forms resembling deities from a pantheon that I have yet to fully develop.

I remember this guy, he's cool! I like that, despite looking like a scary cyborg bird monster, he's actually kind and likes interacting with people.
