Quickman by Cleric
Another robotmaster that didn't get on my favorite list because of his utterly STUPID idiocy! His level is supposedly based on "speed", I can tell what they wanted with the lasers. But Megaman games don't have momentum nor speed in them, so it's straight up memorizing when the lasers' gonna come--using EVERY extra life just to remember the place (unless you have photographic memory) then put up with his annoying battle..
