1. A lot of my first or my really old OCs started off as having more fan OC designs, whether they were Pokemon OCs or Monster Hunter OCs or even Spyro OCs, and Isio is one of them. You can even still his his original design here on Colors!--the first picture I did of him, he was a Lucario-based OC. His name, and the name of my other OC involved with him, both come from "Lucario" as well as "Riolu", with the "Rio" and "-io". "Isio" also has its roots in "ice," a core part of him

2. Isio at one point was very crucial to almost all of my old stories, you see, all of my OCs were all stuck together in one world for the longest time, and I never really had species, I had unique individuals. So, when I wanted to make new characters, where did they come from? Simple! They were all test tube lab babies made by Isio! That was my go-to solution whenever I made a new OC, that was how so many of my characters came to be, with only a few exceptions... Mmm, let me try and remember who all was one of Isio's experiments--

A mutated zombie spinosaurus thing I can't remember the name of (I think it was Alexandria?)
The entire #Venatavis species, starting with #LSVictis... (That's even where he got his name from, he was a Victi-m of s-ience), though that's definitely not canon anymore
The spider dragon thing named Scylla that I never finished a picture of, but handed over to Fluffy a while back

#Alaviron, although he wasn't created by Isio, was captured and experimented on when he was a dragonette by the scientists who worked with Isio.

I feel like there were others that I can't remember at this point, either that or the cringe is too real for me to handle thinking about...

3. As for Isio himself, he was /also/ created by mad scientists, a certain red-head in particular named Megan was the head of the project behind him. Isio was created when they took a small kid named Rio ( #LSRio) and corrupted him with SCIENCE magic, turning him into the crazy mad scientist thing that he is. Eventually my heros saved Rio, turning him back to mostly normal but with super intelligence, and Isio got his own seperate form made of SCIENCE and magic.

4. Like I said in the last post, Isio's body is made of SCIENCE and magic, he doesn't have fleshy organs, and his insides are made of a combination of an ice-like substance and a freezing cold liquid. His "heart" is an icy chunk that pulses with dark magic almost like an electrical current, keeping him alive and functioning.

5. I always have imagined Isio being more of an AI or a robot rather than a person, to the point where he has back-up plans in case he dies: he has multiple laboraties hidden in different places, and in each one is a station that can reconstruct a new body for him as well as hold onto his memories. It's kind of like saving your progress in a video game--except for Isio, it's only him who restarts from the last point he "saved his game."
Isio cannot feel emotions like love, pity, or remorse, it's against his programming, and would literally cause his heart to melt if he felt any of those.

6. While Isio is a genius in his own way, creating monsters and corrupting others, he's one of my most pathetic characters on his own. He's about as strong as a frozen toothpick physically and is an absolute coward. If he thinks he's got the upper hand over someone, he's cocky and arrogant and will go on and on with insults, but the moment things turn around and now he's the one who's at risk, he'll beg and plead and lie through his teeth without thinking twice.

7. One little thing that's always been a permanent detail of Isio's is the way he speaks: he tends to repeat "Meh" a lot, one way or another, whether it's his laugh-"Meh heh heh!"-or being startled-"MEH!?"

8. I can't really remember any songs I might've had for Isio way long ago, but as it is now, there's only one song I can find that fits him to a T... and that's the Dr. Robotnik theme from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (AoSTH)

I don't actually know what to do with this guy anymore, I'm reworking a lot of my old OCs into new, much much better stories and separating them off into their own worlds away from each other, which in turn separates them from Isio, leaving me with a mad scientist who has no experiments and no world, at least at the moment. I'll have to see about coming up with stuff for this guy eventually.

Another bonus little fact for any Princess Bride fans out there~ I imagine Isio's voice sounding similar to Vizzini's (the guy who dies in the Battle of Wits)
