One of my favorite bosses in general (which didn't make it in the list SOLELY because he's not a Robotmaster) because of the atmosphere & insanity of it's fight. Remembering how he constructs & deconstructs is how to destroy him before your own patience/durability wears out, while the theme helps chip at your mind! While it gets easier in sequels, it's still more fun when it switches up how he attacks!

@Crimsontears I wish they had Ultimate armour on the original games.. I'm still not sure how I got pass the Black Devil in X5...
