Coordinan: YOO-HOO, well if it isn't the two most important people that I wanted to see right now!

He looks towards Harane with a smug look plastered on his face.

Coordinan: I bet you thought I was going to give up or die, well guess what? I successfully did what you asked of me and made it back, so do I earn that respect of yours now? And Kalseru, can we go on that outing together while the sun is still high?

-Harane looks at him with an eyebrow raised-

Harane: Pfft, you couldn't even drag it back yourself. You had to get my father to do it, weakling. -3- You expect me to be impressed?

Goliath: Now Harane, you said he needed only slay the beast. My assistance carrying it back was not mentioned. 'o'

Harane: Fine, you pass. If I push more, Kalseru will be upset, so I will refrain. *Takes her leave*

Kalseru: Even.. if she's not satisfied, I am. I will gladly join you. ^-^

-Kalseru is now following Coordinan- @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: Where would you like to go, you've lived here longer then I so you must know the best places around here. It doesn't matter what we do it's fine with me, we could go to a hot springs, restaurant, shopping, you name it.

Kalseru: There are several meadows I've found that look nice. Or we can visit other Dragonkin villages! I wish that we could visit the different cities, but... We'd, I mean, I'D be shunned. And I do not wish to cause trouble for you.

Coordinan: Yeah your right, I don't want you to have too go threw that. Why don't we go visit some of the other villages, I am curious to see what they look like and how different they are from here.

Kalseru: Oh, they're very different from us! Other villages have a certain dragon whom they all take after, such as sky dragons, ones of flame, and some of water. :3 It is quite fascinating!

Coordinan: I wouldn't have guessed that, now your making me want to know even more about your people like are you all born with dragon powers, does each village have their own leaders, how does marriage work around here, does a dragonkin that's in a relationship call their parents their mate, and how tall can you guys get?! Wait, If that's the case then what kind of dragon are you associated with?

-Kalseru is now surprised at Coordinan that he takes great interest in her people. Of course, she obliges with info-

Kalseru: For starters, not all of us recieve powers at birth. Some are born with none, and only when they recieve a blessing from a dragon, or elder dragon, will they have them.
There is always a leader amongst villages, though one ruled all in days of old. We marry the same as humans, it is really not much difference. ^^ As with any relationship, we respect our in-laws and call them as they see fit. As for height.. It varies.

-The final question has her looking a bit uneasy- @ShihouxAdventure

He was really enjoying her answering his questions, but then he noticed that she seemed a little apprehensive after he mentioned that last question and starts to panic, not wanting to push that subject.

Coordinan: W-Was that a precious topic, I'm sorry if that question was out of line! I just wanted to know more about you...e-even if it was just a little bit, but if you don't want to share that piece of information then that's fine by me! Why don't we move on and get to those villages while we keep enjoying this time together before it gets dark.

(Aww shot, the post before this one I meant to say partners not parents, that's embarrassing.)

Kalseru: *Begins leading him* N-no, it's... If you truly want to be with me.. Then I must bare myself before you. The dragon that gifted me.. Is an Omen Dragon. They are considered to be one of, if not, the strongest breed of dragons. Seeing one in your life time is considered the start of something ominous. They are... to be feared.. *Eyes shift down slighty*

Coordinan: *follows* Huh, that's kind of a weird way to put it. So your way stronger then you make yourself appear, but something must of happen in the past to keep you from using your powers? Does this have something to do with what Harane said yesterday about you not wanting to defend yourself with your powers?

Kalseru: *Bites her lip* ...Yes. There... was once a time in my youth where I was being hunted by Noir Knights. I had wandered too far away from my village, and it seemed as though my time was at an end...

-As she retells her story, her hands clasp together-

Kalseru: Before the blade swung down, I screamed in fear, unleashing the power of the Omen Dragon. ...It was so quick... When I looked up.. they were dead. Everything around me was dead.. I was frightened.. Traumatized.. @ShihouxAdventure

He moves around so where he's in front of her and holds up her clasped hands together in his.

Coordinan: I'm really sorry to hear that, having to experience something like that at a young age would be pretty traumatizing for any kid. The fact that you need those powers to protect yourself from the Noir Knights must make it harder to not use them, but don't keep beating yourself up over that, it's not healthy for you. I'll gladly be your sword and shield whenever you need me to be, I don't want you to have to go threw something like that again so if there's a time where you can't rely on anyone else then rely on me!

He says all this with a reassuring smile on his face directed towards her.

-Kalseru's expression is of uncertainty, but Coordinan can tell his words affected her as her hands loosen within his-

Kalseru: ..You are very kind... Coordinan.. Thank you.

-She leans in, and kisses him on the cheek, giving a small smile-

Coordinan: *blushes* N-no problem, that's what I'm here for. S-Shall we keep moving?

-She continues to lead him to another Dragonkin clan. They come up to a huge lake, and nearby, there are a few housing structures. There are also other Dragonkin people around the premises, watering crops, and some children splashing in the water- @ShihouxAdventure

After only taking a glimpse at the big body of water Coordinan starts to fidget in place.

Coordinan: *gulps* T-That's a...l-lot of water, there's no telling w-what's down there.

Kalseru: Oh, worry not. There is only fish, and most likely, a water dragon at the bottom. ^-^ This is a safe place.

Coordinan: I was calming down until you brought up the dragon that's down there, but I hope your right. Just promise me that if we go in the water that you'll keep me from drowning, I have a habit of over thinking things when I'm in large quantities of water to the point I start panicking.

Kalseru: Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize! :o Well, we don't have to go in if it makes you uncomfortable. We can stay on dry land.

-A Dragonkin sees them, and wanders over-

Dragonkin: Oh, hello! What can I-! *Eyes Coordinan* ...You're human... @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: Umm, is there a problem?

Dragonkin: I don't know... Is there?

Kalseru: N-now now, there's no need to be hostile! I am the daughter of Goliath, Kalseru. If my father did not deem him worthy, he wouldn't be my escort. :')

-The Dragonkin's facial expression changes-

Dragonkin: Oh! Well if Goliath approves, then welcome to the Waterkin Village, friend! :D

Coordinan: *whispers* Well you certainly took a complete one-eighty.

Coordinan tries to put himself back into a good mood after that hostile greeting by forcing a smile.

Coordinan: Yeah, thank you for welcoming me here, 'friend'.

Kalseru: *Whispers* I am sorry, but there are still Dragonkin who are wary of humans. My father's name usually gives them peace of mind, however. So if one behaves that way, let them know you know my father, and try to be as polite as possible.

Dragonkin: The Waterkin Village is home to the best fishers here, m'lady! Sir! o/ Before you explore, you should talk to Quarias, our guardian dragon. He'd want to see you! @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: *whispers* Okay, okay, I'll try to keep a nice and happy atmosphere going even if their rude to no end.

When hearing the other dragonkin mention meeting the dragon of their village Coordinan got a little worried on how they would do so.

Coordinan: If you don't mind me asking, but how are we going to do that?

Dragonkin: It's very easy, human! Just go across the gangplank, and ring the bell two times. Quarias will hear it, and will surface. He's usually sleeping until there's a need for him, so we don't bother him unless it's important.
-There are some choices: You can go see Quarias, go get lunch, or talk to other Dragonkin-

Coordinan: I highly doubt that just because one human is in this village that it's an important enough reason to wake the big dragon from his peaceful nap, but I am curious to know what he's like so why don't we give that bell a good ring. Let's just hope I don't regret this later.

Kalseru: Oh, quite the contrary! You see, as well as Dragonkin, most dragons also harbor hatred for humans, due to the conflict of the Noir Knights' influence. So introducing yourself will also lower the tension of the Dragonkin of this village. As well as the guardian. ^-^
Personally, I'd like for you to meet him as well.

Coordinan: Okay, but please help make sure nothing goes wrong when this all transpires.

Coordinan walks over the gangplank towards the bell and begins ringing it twice.

-Seconds later, the water starts rippling, then it starts bubbling immensely! Suddenly, a huge serpentine dragon emerges from the lake!
Quarias: Who summons me...? *Looks down at Coordinan* *^*

Coordinan: *waves* Hi there, Coordinan the human would like to speak with you during this very fine day.

-Quarias leans all the way in, deeply sniffing Coordinan before raising back up-

Quarias: ...I sense no malice in your heart.. I welcome you to this village.

-Quarias' approval has gotten the other Dragonkin who had their doubts about Coordinan feel relieved. This action has also made Kalseru feel better about them staying there-

Quarias: ...You travel with a child of Goliath.. Are you two on an entwined path?

Coordinan: Hmm, entwined path? What do you mean by that, if you don't mind explaining of course.

-Kalseru's face turns red-

Quarias: By this, I mean is she your lover? It would not surprise me, as this has happened between Dragonkin and humans before.

-The other Dragonkin whisper amongst themselves as Kalseru covers her face with her hands-
Kalseru: ( O-oh, Quarias, why did you have to ask?? ) >///<

Coordinan: O-Oh, well I would like her to be but I don't think she fully feels that way about me at the moment. Even so I'll be patient until she has an answer for me, I'm not going to rush her on the topic, she'll tell me when she's ready.

Quarias: Very wise. *Looks over at Kalseru* He seems like a good human. Not like those Noir Knights..

-Their mere title makes the Dragonkin grimmace-

Dragonkin: They turned everyone against us so quickly.. Accursed humans-! We lost so much to them.. Family, friends, previous dwellings..

Kalseru: I pray their souls rest in peace every night. u-u
Dragonkin woman: The only way is if we snuffed them out. But that Dragonsbane, and the captains..

Quarias: At least we know this one is not like them. We take solace knowing not all humans are evil. @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: That's a shame to hear, too bad I wasn't there to help you all at the time, but I'm sure not all humans are bad. Humans are known to get scared of new things, especially if it seems like a threat. From what you're saying I'm guessing the Knights are using fear against the people to make sure that they don't get any ideas of siding with you or overthrowing them or both.

Quarias: Indeed. Even knowing us for as long as they did, they still rally against us. ...But I digress. Please, enjoy your time here, human. I will take my leave.

-With that, the dragon re-submerges himself back into the lake. The other Dragonkin return to their usual business, Kalseru waiting for the next destination-

Coordinan Huh, okay Kalseru what would you like to do now?

(I'll wait for whatever you may draw so we can continue this enjoyable story, your the main man to call for drawing scenarios. Also I was going to make a request, but should I just hold off on that?)

Kalseru: You have gained the trust of the Waterkin people, and Quarias as well! We can try going to another village, or a go to somewhere secluded?

( @ShihouxVery true. As for requests, well, since I'm doing this rn, plus my story, it's going to be a while. :'D )

Coordinan: Let's go somewhere secluded, it'll be a nice change in my opinion.

(That's fine, I was going to ask if you could do a playback of how Alex interacts of feels about her kids and her husband or a normal drawing is okay as well. You know I can wait, I don't have a problem with that.)
