As the name says: the enemy/Player Character which I remember somebody wanting in Smash Ultimate???? Why did they!? It's a enemy with a spear, and a filler character! Not to spoil someone's childhood/feelings for this character, but it's essentially a dumb fill-in.

Wanting it in Smash is like getting into a serious streetfight, and a obese guy with a spear comes to try backing you up... And he's already tired from just trying to get there...
