1- Jeger is a bounty hunter, he's one of the very best and is notorious as a result. He's relentless and won't stop his hunt for someone until he gets them, even if it takes years...
2- He /loves/ sweets like pastries and anything sweet in general, donuts in particular are a top favorite. He doesn't have a single favorite kind of donut (too many are too good!) but he does like chocolate, blueberry and plain with strawberry frosting a bit more than others.

3- He's very into history and language, he often seeks out info while out traveling and knows at least a bit of many languages. Likes learning local folklore, too.
4- This is a no brainer, but Jeger is norwegian and has a rather noticeable accent!

5- He's both rude and polite, polite in that he speaks like a gentleman and has manners /most of the time/, rude in that he says what he thinks and won't sugarcoat it.
6- He has a habit of cracking his joints, he cracks his neck the most.

7- He's never played a game before but if he did he would love it and end up being a gamer. Turn based RPGs would likely be his favorites to play.
8- "Jeger" isn't his real name. It's something that others started to call him a long time ago, the name stuck and he started going by it, never mentioning his real name anymore. "Jeger" means "hunter" in norwegian.
And if he's not specifically referred to as "Jeger," he's always called "hunter" in whatever language being spoken-- Hunter, Jeger, so forth.
