Kine Welkin(Or his... "Traditional" Name accordng to him) is a Traveling man who always seems to carry a Mochi Hammer with him(which brings his entire name into question) which he can use it both to Create Mochi, or Fight. Though as a... "Wind Dragon" he can cause Strong gusts that can push people back if Necessary, as well as Fly if he needs a quick escape.
Though it's not hard to find him, Kine sometimes sets up carts with full permission of the area to sell his mochi.
