hey look it's kai, the guy who used to be and lowkey still is an edgy trainwreck
i never rlly explained the context for him nor for any other rlly old ocs of mine i introduced to colors,,,,,, i'll get to it all someday, buuut
basically this dude lives up in the mountains, and thus is obviously geared for colder weather because of it
he'd probably have a thin layer of fluff on his body too but i just didnt feel like drawing it
his cape sorta attaches to the back of his helmet

he has innate firepowers that he usually uses either with hand to hand combat or with a claymore of his
he's smth of a mountain climber otherwise and is good at navigating rough or slippery terrain, and he can take a lotta hits but is relatively slow otherwise in combat
personality wise, he's always been a pretty quiet fella, not usually starting nor keeping up conversations, and if anything being lowkey aggressive towards strangers, but he ain't a bad dude. he can be fiercely loyal to those he trusts and, while he never seems to understand jokes that are thrown at him and is a bit gullible sometimes because of it, he has a good heart and just tends to never rlly show it a lot
fun fact: this guy's probably one of my oldest kirby ocs, second to only three others i have named echo, tadd, and ava (ava still going strong, echo n tadd currently needing major reworkings)
kai's also been the largest trainwreck ever, he started as the edgiest meta knight recolor in existence and [cont.]

had an awful backstory to go with it
his design's gone through at least two major reworkings, with minor details still being adjusted whenever i decide to draw him
