Dark warrior they don't arrest you anymore because when you free all the men that rebuild the bridge a Gerudo (I think its this Gerudo. ) sees you fighting and lets you become one of the Gerudo and join their group by giving you this token or this piece of paper , I forgot what is is , that proves you are one of the Gerudo. So any other Gerudo will see you have the paper ( I don't know how they know you have it , they just know.... O_o ) and let you pass. Though you cannot get rid of the paper :( I always liked sneeking past them but if you don't have the paper you cannot progress in the game.

Btw if you liked going in the prison you can still get there by climbing onto the rock and hookshoting onto that wooden bit that you have to hookshot to get out of prison. Also do you know that bit above the prison? I've never been there can you go there? ( Btw I haven't finished the game, I just got the mirror shield. ) if you can don't tell me how to get there , I just want to know if you can get up there or not.

Yes, it's possible to get above the prison.
