Shade is one year younger than Forgo, so he’s technically 13 years old but looks 18. Shade is the dark half of Forgo’s heart and was split away when forgo refused to do as his father commanded him. When they split in half Shade was born, he had formed a soul within and gained a body. Just like forgo and the other siblings he was born looking like a 5-year-old. The impact of the split released an immense energy wave that caused the whole earth to shake. It also sent shade to a random very far off location. Since Shade was just born, he knew nothing about the world around him and was always afraid of everyone and anything he saw. He eventually adapted and got a grasp of the basics but tried avoiding animals and people.

Shade had only one goal in mind that always kept him going and that was to search for his other half. He had been on his search for about 13 years so pretty much ever since the day he was born. :’D He did eventually find Forgo. He encountered him while wandering the city streets outside the castle. and he was SO happy that at first, he clung on to Forgo and refused to let go for a while!! X’D

Shade: . . . . . . it’s really you!! O – O 28 . . . * goes silent and clings tighter*

Forgo: 28 . . ? that sounds very familiar for some reason. :/ *gets a sudden slight migraine and a flashback image of him splitting away from shade but then fizzes out*

Chell: Forgo are you ok? :O

Forgo: . . . yeah, I’m fine. U-U (wha. . what was that??) ‘’’o-o

Chell: . . . o – o (he must be lying his face tells me so but I’ll ask what’s wrong later) *she looks at shade* Poor thing, he must be lost. Hmmm?? He kind of reminds me of you Forgo! :D

Forgo: Really? . . yeah, he does, I wonder why? :/

Shade eventually calmed down and got his new name from Chell! :3 Chell decided to let him live at her castle and his job is to do chores with the maids and guard the castle! :D So shade has his own room next to Forgo’s since he wanted to be as close to forgo as possible due to his insecurities and fears of forgo disappearing or being in potential danger. Forgo tells him there is nothing to worry about but shade worries anyways! xD

Shade is very naïve and probably one of the kindest most honest guys you would ever meet despite being made of pure darkness!! He became very good friends with the maids, and they are the ones who made the outfit he is currently wearing since his old ones are ragged, they taught him how to do chores and how to cook with them in the kitchen so he got very good at basic housework! ^w^ He is good friends with the princess and appreciates her letting him live at her home! :D He can be bold and is straight forward about stuff since he is honest by default which gets him in trouble sometimes and throws forgo off guard!! X’D

Chell: awwwwww X’DDDD *is too busy laughing a lot but finds shades bold words cute*

At first Forgo hated shade and how clingy he was. Sometimes when forgo is walking about the castle he would accidentally bump into shade while shade was in the middle of doing chores and they would fuse instantly in a form of light. They fuse easily if Forgo’s heart is open and his guard is completely down.

The first time they fused is when Forgo showed shade around the city. Forgo wanted to make sure he got used to the place and felt bad for him since he knew little about the world and everyday life. He started to no longer hate shade and for a small moment, his heart was open. He petted shades head and then they fused in a bright light. Forgo was shocked by his new appearance, He was in control of the form but they were not fully fused. Forgo could hear shade talk to him in his head

Shade: Since you were the original who first inhabited this form, I decided to let you take over! :D

Forgo: !?!?!?!?!? ‘=___= Who da what ah??? Huh???

He unfused with shade immediately by closing his heart off to him. And ever since then tried keeping his guard up more often.

He gradually regained his old memories of Shade and remembered who he was and felt very guilty for ignoring him a lot. He learned they were once one person and that he was created to be a powerful and destructive weapon. He learned to get used to shade and decided to except shade as a little brother, and he wanted shade to be his own person.

Normally when they are fused into “Forsha” Forgo is always in control and shade would talk to him through his mind this is also the same for the opposite but forgo talking through the mind instead while shade is in control. When shade goes in “deep sleep” Forsha’s eyes turn red, and when forgo falls to deep sleep forsha’s eyes turn yellow and shade takes over. When this happens though shade gets very afraid since he can’t hear forgo speaking anymore and unfused immediately.

The only time he took control of the form without fear is when forgo needed to learn how to fly and shade would demonstrate how for him since forgo never had wings before. They only use the form if they really needed to is what forgo agreed with since the form is extremely dangerous.

If Forsha simply patted your back, you will be sent smashing through solid objects. Yowch!!! ‘x__x so they have to practice restraining power output. :’D Shade loves fusing because he feels freer, more powerful, taller and his wings turn fluffy! ^w^ but Forgo absolutely hates it and finds that always hearing his voice gets annoying!! X’D

Forgo refuses to fully fuse with Shade permanently because of terrible outcomes in the result of such. His personality would be warped & his memory would be completely wiped out. He knows how thanks to his dad but refuses to touch that topic with a 3O foot poll. u-u

Shade sounds like the most precious treasure. Protect PLZ!
