hes part of the god race. (like tal and joseph) all members of the god race have some sort of psycic powers, it could be one or more. on rare occasions, some gods are born without any powers. when that happens, thier eyes are a solid color. they're very rare bc the queen kills most of them off. but Jax found a way to get powers and he got greedy and now he bad boye
