(Managing as I can, been very disorganized, but other than that good. Went out to get sushi, and watched the crazy lines. Are they limiting the amount of people in your stores too? )
( @Alk - In some stores, yes. Our local big food supermarket is limiting people, but when I went there with my dad earlier, there were only like 5 people in the whole store anyway. XD)
The Plague were still up on stage, playing to the best of their ability. There were now playing 'Nightmares and Dreams', the same explosive metal song they'd done during their audition earlier.
(Nice! The Walmart here had an actual line into the store, other stores didn't have that. But when I went to the cashier they had a line for the check out.
Also does anyone just put on sunglasses in public because it helps avoid eye-contact? Just me? D bfg nggh)
( @Alk - Not exactly? But I often wear sunglasses when outside because my eyes are light-sensitive and even weak sunlight is annoying. :') But it's nice to have no eye contact with people when wearing them, especially since I have very dark-tinted sunglasses so you can't see through them from the outside. XD)
@Xeno Euterpe returned the looked with an even more perplexed face. Before replying to Dianne she adjusted her position and looked over herself. "Was that a thing I'm suppose to know? I guess so,, but I have a feeling I might've had some other form before... My memory's fuzzy though, can't quite recall all that happened." Meanwhile Shepherd was nearby cleaning some tables, after overhearing Stella's comment he said. "It is a bit loud, maybe I'm not used the music here.... it's a bit explosive.."
(Because the gods have cursed humans, they be spindly stick gremlins. But yea, tablet hurts more than it should lol, maybe I find it just big and clunky. What kind of tablet do you got btw? Also what can size do you like? Been trying out medi more often. :P The brushes are another weird thing I need to get use to.)
{Dianne gives a slightly worried look.} Dianne: "Well, some species just can't. But, what do you mean you have a fuzzy memory?"
{Stella looks up at Shepherd.}
Stella: "It's not the volume that's the problem, kid. It's the composition as a whole. The lyrics sound...almost desperate, the backround instruments blend together, and their guitarist makes mistakes. A lot. I understand that you've likely never really heard the genre, but the best artists in rock can still produce music that's pleasant to listen to."
( @Alk - I have a Wacom Intuos, not sure what specific kind. Just a regular small one, I guess? I've had it for over four years so I'm pretty accustomed to drawing on it. Most things aren't a problem, but humans... uhh no. XD
I draw with FireAlpaca because it's free software, and because it's one of the only art programs my ancient computer can actually run. XD)
(I had to look up that word X'D Sure let's got with lol. )
@Xeno Euterpe shook her head. "Ah it doesn't matter, that was a long time ago, let's head back down I don't want Marco to realize we're up here. He'll start barking." She said squinting.
Shepherd stopped cleaning for a moment. "Whoah, whoah you must know a lot about it all then. I don't know if I can hear any of that, it's all just noise to me."
(I think I might have a similar model! It's a wacom bamboo, does it have it's own screen or is it just a pen/touch pad? :0 My old laptop could not handle any program, smh. So when I first received my tablet it was sort of unusable until I got a new pc. I also used it at my old work a few times, but then I quickly realized illustrator doesn't really need a tablet. It was funny showing it to the people there, who acted like art and the tablet was some strange mystical thing. )
(Nah, mine doesn't have a screen. All the screen tablets I've seen are incredibly expensive and I don't have that kind of money. It's just a small pen tablet. X) It's weird getting used to drawing without looking at your hand, it kinda messes up your hand-eye coordination.)
(Ooo cool! So it's like mine :P I am not alone in the screenless world haha I suppose it probably isn't as bad once it becomes normalized, I mean hey, I'm so used to the 3ds that I even enjoy drawing on it sometimes. X'D I almost wanted to get a surface instead of a laptop, but the base price is just ahhhhh, and the specs that come with it are bleh. So I got the laptop because better specs and I had the tablet already)

{Dianne looks at Euterpe, surprised.}
Dianne: “Wait, you were never taught to shift? Mmm...Learning that at such an old age might be difficult.”

{Stella heard what The Plague was playing and looks up from her clipboard.}
Stella: “...Hm. Less mistakes this time. Still mediocre though...”

{Dianne’s look of concern doesn’t change.}
Dianne: “Ok, if you say so. Let’s go.”
{Dianne leads Euterpe out, making sure Marco can’t slip past.}

Stella: “Well, it’s hard to hear with this band. Plus, it’s being played live. Studio recordings always sound better anyway.”
