Kalseru: We Dragonkin eat more than normal humans due to how we've evolved over time. So you can have first pick before us. ^^

Scizwryn: Only fair. When it's time to eat, we go a bit berserk. >:D Eat a lot though, comrade!

Kalseru: I think Doryu should be arriving here soon. He's a kind spirit-

Doryu: *Bursts through the door* I SMELL MEAT!! :O

Coordinan: Huh, that's really interesting to know. It's kind of funny to think that anyone of you would be able to eat this mostly by yourselves, I'll just go ahead and grab this.

He leans forward just a bit before the door slams open startling him while also almost making him jump out of his seat.

Kalseru: *Quickly catches him, pulling him close* D-Doryu, you nearly gave him a heart-attack! D:

Doryu: ..Who? Oh, sorry, mister! Dinner called me from the fields. :'P My name's Doryu, I'm gonna be a fighter like big brothers and sister! ^o^ Who're you? @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: Oh jeez, thanks for the catch! *he quickly notices how close he is to her* I-I like warm hugs just as much as the next guy a-and I definitely wouldn't mind staying like this with someone as sweet as you, b-but right now might not be the best time for that.

Mana: Nice, real smooth slick.

He slowly pulls away from her while sitting properly back in his seat so he can talk with Doryu, not before smacking his pocket a little.

Mana: OW!

Coordinan: Your one hyperactive kid, I wish I had that much energy when I was little. My name is Coordinan, its nice to see you're aiming to be as big and strong as your siblings. I hope you get to that point one day, I'm rooting for you!

-Understandably embarrassed, Kalseru quickly scoots away. Face red, and eyes widened, avoiding eye contact-

-Doryu's smile is one of pure innocence as he plops himself in a seat next to Coordinan and Kalseru. Soon, other Dragonkin join in, and the room fills pretty quickly. Harane is sitting on the opposite side. Coordinan could talk to her to try and gain some friend points, or ignore her from earlier and start talking with the others- @ShihouxAdventure

As much as he didn't enjoy Harane's rude attitude Coordinan decided it would be best to start over again and try to build a friendship with her, who knows maybe she'll help him in some way in the future.
Coordinan: Hey Harane, I know you hear me. Come on let's start over and have a nice friendly chat while everyone else is distracted.

-She seems surprised that Coordinan would try to speak to her again-

Harane: What's your deal, human? Can't you see I don't wanna make nice with your kind?? >:T *Pouts* What do you want, and make it quick. Father's almost here, and I want the glazed parts of the meat. -3-)/

-She keeps her arrogance up to not seem swayed by his words. She may be a tough nut to crack, but there's a hint that it may be possible with a little push- @ShihouxAdventure

He is relived that she will actually hear him out, even if it was for a short amount of time. He decided to push everything that happened early to the side and speak with no ill will towards her.

Coordinan: I know that you don't like humans at all and I can see why, but can you at least tolerate being around me? Look I'm sorry about how I acted during our first confrontation, you had every right to do what you did. My guess is that you were just trying to look after your family so the same mistake didn't repeat itself like it did with your mother, right? I truly don't want to hurt any of them at all, especially Kalseru. Even if you have to keep an eye on me at all times give me a chance to earn your friendship, please.

-That seemed to have gotten through to her aa Harane is taken aback-

Harane: ...I guess... maybe... you're not so bad. I GUESS. *Turns away*

Goliath: A thousand pardons, had to attend to some business. ^^'

-Goliath offers a prayer, and, as promised, Coordinan gets to fill his plate first- @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan filled his plate with almost everything that was presented on the table before he decided to sit back down in his seat and dig in while enjoying everyone elses company.

Coordinan: This is sooo good! I wish I had one of the chiefs from here during my travels, it would have been great.

-The others start to rip and tear at the meat while casualy grabbing side dishes-

Goliath: Haha, I'm sure our head chef would be very happy to hear you enjoy his food. ^-^

Scizwryn: Ah, you're a traveler? That sounds like a load of fun! Tell us about the things you've seen, comrade! Bet it boggles the mind! *^*)b

Doryu: :O Can I go with you on your travels!?

Goliath: You're still to young, my son. ^^' Maybe when you're older.

Doryu: Ashes... >:v

Coordinan: Oh man I've been to so many places now that its kind of hard to remember everything that I have encountered there. If I can recall correctly I've seen rivers that looked as if they were made of liquid gold, been in cities that were infested with the undead, jungles that were protected by stone golems on the top of a humongous flying turtle, an ancient snow-covered temple that was inhabited by a man-eating bird that could cause snowstorms no matter where it goes, and the list keeps going. I have almost died more then I could keep track of, but I enjoyed all those different locations in someway. Well except for that one place, everywhere you looked was mostly water and whenever it rained it didn't rain water, it rained coconuts. I haven't been a big fan of going in the water or being around coconuts since then.

Kalseru: Uwaaaa, that sounds so exciting! It must be so grand to visit places so amazing.. I would love to travel, but I'm not strong for that sort of thing. ^^'

Harane: *under breath* Maybe if you weren't such scaredy-cat, you could.. *Downs some more meat and potatos*

???: Heyyy, no one touched the ribs, did they?

-From the door, a curvacious and alluring girl struts in, and promptly sits between Scizwryn and Ju-Long-

Scizwryn: You're pretty late, Cellal. Where've you been? @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: Strength isn't everything Kalseru. Look at me, I was able to survive this long and I'm not nearly as strong as anyone in this room. I've just used my quick wits, items, and knowledge to beat my more physically strong opponents, so I'm sure you would have been able to do the same.

He looks towards the door and lays eyes on the ravishing female making her way towards the table.

Coordinan: Wow, who is that? Another sibling of yours?

Kalseru: R-really? I'll keep it in mind. ^^ Oh! Yes, that is our sister, Cellal. She's an entertainer.

Scizwryn: The best there is, imo. She brings in a ton of gold!

Cellal: So, who's the human with the pretty-lookin' eyes? >;p @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: Aww, do my eyes really look that good? Coordinan is the name and you don't look to bad yourself.

Cellal: Aren't you just a gentleman? Coordinan, huh? *Leans over* You want to come up to my room later..? ;)

Kalseru: H-honestly Cellal, do you have to do that with every man you see? >//<

Doryu: Haha, Celly's actin' all funny again. xD @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan: A-As fun as that sounds I'm going to have to kindly decline on that offer. I already have my sights on a way more gorgeous and attractive woman then yourself, I don't want her to think that I'll go along with any nice female that comes my way. I'm sure if she wanted to she could give even someone like yourself a run for their money as an entertainer thanks to her stunning looks and shapely figure. Maybe if I had meet you first I would have taken an interest in you and would of like to sit down to get to know you better, I-I'm sorry if all that came off as rude but I'm just not interested.

Coordinan sighs to himself and plops back down into his seat with his face down on the table.

Coordinan: I messed up, it's over. I should have just ignored her and kept my mouth shut.

@viggyunju Hey, cut him some slack. He was never taught on how to properly show his feelings, this romantic version of love is new to him.

@ShihouxAdventure Scizwryn: Celly's got that thing about her. She knows exactly how to read someone when it comes to feelings. I wouldn't worry about Kalseru, either. Like you, she doesn't know much about the ol' romance .

Goliath: Indeed. When one is hunted as a heartless monster, one does not simply have the leisure to discover about love. I suspect my daughter doesn't know how to process this. Out of all of us, Cellal may be the only one who can calm her down. But fear not, you've done nothing wrong, Coordinan.

Coordinan: Thanks guy, I'm relieved your not mad about a human loving a Dragonkin. I just hope Kalseru doesn't decided to distance herself from me because of this.

Goliath: We've.. just been gifted. ^^' Unfortunately, those who cannot share in our lineage are often envious of it. Such was the king of old. The apples didn't fall too far from the tree, I'm afraid.

Coordinan: *jolts* Hehe, Ju I wouldn't be surprised if you were some kind of ninja. I keep forgetting your here until you decide to join in on the conversation. Even if you all aren't fully human I think your still better then the regular humans around here, you may be different but that's no reason to see y'all as monsters. Most of you have been so nice and welcoming since I got here and I really appreciate it, I bet if I was still in one of the human areas I wouldn't be having a roof over my head or a good meal right about now.

After having a little chat with the guys at the table Coordinan decided to patiently wait on the return of Kalseru and Cellal and hope for the best.

-A short while after their conversation, Kalseru returns, Cellal following her. Kalseru still has a bit of an embarrassed look on her face as she returns to her seat. Cellal sit's back at her seat, having a her usual smarmy smile-

Cellal: Sorry about the leave, father. Just had to have a girl-to-girl talk. ^v^

Goliath: It is alright. I doubt I would've been of much help. Your mother probably would've done better than I.. ^^" All is well, Kalseru?

Kalseru: *In a quiet voice* I-it is, father. .//. @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan just sits there quietly eating what was left on his plate, he's still a little embarrassed as well about what happened not to long ago. He's nervous to say anything because he really doesn't know what's the right thing to say anymore without looking like a total fool and making that relationship that they build up so much threw the day together go plummeting down in an instant.

Cellal: *Ahem*... Kalseru, don't you have something to say? Remember? 'v'

Kalseru: O-oh, um... Coordinan? I wasn't sure w-what you meant by those things you and Mana were talking about before... But.. Cellal told me in private. .///. Do... Do you really feel that way about me?? You want to be my lover??? @ShihouxAdventure

Mana: *quietly* Yes, it's time for my endearing gentleman to finally confess his feelings by himself!

Coordinan: Y-Yes, I real do feel that way about you. Ever since I first layed eyes on you my heart started beating twice as fast to the point that my chest started to pound every few seconds. I've never felt like that around anyone before and it's kind of weird, so I tried my best to find a way to meet you again. I wanted to know more about the young woman that was making this hopeless romantic of a man feel this certain type of way. After spending this great time with you and your family and getting to know you all better my feelings for you grew even more. I like the way you smile, how cute you are, your stunning appearance, your gentle nature, and w-well..everything about you! I want to always be near you threw thick and thin no matter what, so yes I do l-love you and I would like to be your loving guardian no matter where we go together!

-Everyone 'oooohs' in unison at Coordinan's confession. Kalseru is taken aback by this, as she briefly hides her face in embarrassment-

Cellal: Told you, sister. ;) It was as plain the nose on your face.

Kalseru: You did... I... I don't know what to say, Coordinan. No one has ever told me that before. Certainly not a human..

Scizwryn: I say go with the guy! See what happens, Kal! :D @ShihouxAdventure

Coordinan looks around at the people watching the little spectacle going on in front of their eyes and starts to panic a little.

Coordinan: O-Oh no, I'm sorry for putting you on the spot like that. I got to into that speech of mine to the point that I forgot about the people around us, I was hoping to do this alone whenever the time came. Like I said before I'm not like any of the other humans around here that you've meet before in your life, if they despise me for loving someone as great as you then I can care less about what they think. A-Anyway, what do you have to say about this?

Kalseru: O-oh, um... o//o Well, maybe we should.. have an outing tomorrow.. Alone? So that I may get to know you more personally a-and all..

Harane: >.> I still don't like it.

Scizwryn: I thought you were going to let it go, Harane. :v C'mon, Coordinan's-

Harane: No, he isn't! >:o You all forgetting a crucial detail: Kalseru herself! Look, if he wants to marry her, fine. BUT! Kalseru won't use her powers to defend herself if something bad happens. How do we know Coordinan can defend them both!? We've not seen his strength! I wanna know my sister will be safe with you, human! >:c

Kalseru: M-MARRY!? o///o @ShihouxAdventure :o

Coordinan: Then what do you want me to do, so you'll believe that I can protect Kalseru by myself with the things I have at my disposal? Do you want me to go fight a few knights, battle one of your strongest soldiers that you may still have stationed here, or go tussle with some dangerous creature that you have wandering around in the area?

-Harane thinks it over before looking at him again-

My two brothers brought back a beast together for dinner. It's called a Cawlef. It preys on common beasts in the wild. If you can beat one, well... MAYBE I'd feel comfortable with you protecting my sister. -3-)/

Doryu: :O I WANNA GO!!
Harane: Doryu, you know you can't yet. >.> *Looks to Coordinan* If you beat one by yourself, you'll have my respect.

Coordinan: Fine, I'll do it, but I have one more question. Can I sleep here tonight ooorrr are you just going to throw me out there in the dark looking for something that I've never seen before...alive?

(I think I can do a new pic for us, hopefully I don't mess up. Also, does the Cawlef look a certain type of way or can I just try anything?)

Goliath: If my interject. He does need his rest if he is to challenge such a beast, Harane. It would be foolhardy otherwise.

Harane: Fiiiiiiiine. -n-)/ Well, guess that does it. I'm going to bed. *Leaves the table*

Scizwryn: *Pats Coordinan on the back* Sorry about putting you through this, comrade. But hey, I think you'll do great! A little tip: Hit it on the snout, that's a weak spot. >:]

-Ju-Long waves at Coordinan as he leaves with Scizwryn and Doryu. Cellal sticks her tongue out, winking at him before she leaves-
