This is Vantoyer (nicknamed Nell), he's one of the earlier generation demons that survived the war between the god brothers. Which was followed by the age of cannibalism and starvation after the demon god fell, barely any food resources were left aside from their own kind. Demons lost the ability to travel to the surface now with their god dead. Most died of starvation or becoming prey. Though Nell made a small pack of demons who wanted to create a town of piece. Nell was a determined soul, rather eating bits of himself then eating his own kind. Later angels joined in his affords, which opened the gates again to the surface. People and other beasts helped to build the town. The people brought in their farming skills and chickens, ending the fight for food. Of course still some demons ended up making a cannibalistic family blood line...
He turned down his chance to be mayor, and nowadays has fun with his own TV show, best friends with Sian! He loves his angel friend
