These two unfortunate souls are #Nanoe's uncle and mother.
I haven't developed the story that much...

Basic ver. of story:
Nano's mother is human, she and was ridiculed in the #Zurakian culture for simply being human.
When Nano's uncle, Tobi (Toe-bI) committed treason. He was found guilty and sentenced... to turn his sister into stone.
After doing so, he watched over his niece out of guilt and anger with himself (and also because morally right to do so).
