1. Stal is a Bone Dragon - a magical species thought to have originally been created by sorcerers, though they are now a fully independent species living their own life. They are rare, with Stal being one of an estimated twenty individuals living in Aether.

2. Before his current band, The Plague, he also fronted another rock band called Snare. It was formed during his school days when he was about fifteen; the band were known for hosting late-night concerts in abandoned classrooms. Though they were well-liked among the students, Stal regards his history with Snare with disappointment, considering the band nothing more than a failed effort. He hates talking about it and is embarrassed that his younger self actually thought Snare was good.

3. He writes a lot of songs about his own experiences, ambitions, fears, and emotions. One of his songs, 'Killing the Voices', is mostly about his struggles with perfectionism.

4. In the present day, The Plague have completed four albums: A Million Colours, Nightmares and Dreams, Another Time and Place, and Remember the Days. I haven't yet decided where #CaelumCityRP fits into their story, but it probably takes place a little earlier in the timeline, maybe between the releases of their second and third albums.

5. Stal has struggled with perfectionism all his life. He's almost never happy with what he creates and stresses over things that aren't 'perfect'. He relies on Gray, his closest friend, a lot to help him cope with his intrusive thoughts about failing.

6. He is not particularly close to his parents and feels awkward around them, but they do support his music career and are proud of him. He also has a younger sister (name TBA), though she lives in another country. Occasionally they talk online.

7. He can't fly - none of his species can. Their wings are a vestigial trait from a time when they could. Once Bone Dragons started living in more closed-up areas like cities, their wings started evolving to become smaller so they wouldn't be a hindrance in such areas.

8. Despite his grumpy attitude, Stal has a good heart deep down. He genuinely cares about his bandmates and supports them as best as he can. Though he complains if somebody shows up late or has to cancel a practice session, he's ultimately understanding. He's also a loyal best friend to Gray, and highly protective of his younger sister. He might be short-tempered, but he's definitely more bark than bite and would never hurt anyone without good reason.
