I don't know how I'm supposed to teach you, but.. what's the aspect you like the most about my art,, I might (probably not) beable to tell you a thing or two but i think your art is perfectly fine.

you're free to take notes from style if you'd like, I won't mind aslong as you don't begin to copy everything. Like e.g you can take tips on the way i do detail on the hair and clothes if you want to.

try different approaches to doing stuff like different sketch processes.

if youre able to go on deviantart, look up "nsio explains" that guy's done a bunch of really good stuff that helped me change my approach & views/ the way i do anatomy. well he helped kickstart it lol, took me yeears before stuff really /clicked/ for me (i found nsio's stuff in... like 2OI3 or I4...) but yeah.
