Siefolgt, being a very young Nightmare still, is wild and completely driven by her instincts to kill, which is only enhanced by the command she was given to follow and kill the very last one of her former self's loved ones. The name "Siefolgt" was given to her by the one who gave her the ring on her chain, and is a German name, meaning "she follows." To this day, she hasn't bothered discarding the ring, as she's too lost in bloodlust to think on that. She isn't a husk though, and she can think--when she finds herself in a dire situation around her former self's lover, she will scream and beg, even fake cry, to get him to save her, only to then turn around and try to kill him.

It never ends well, for either of them.
