1. His name is written with the Kanji for “assist” (侑) because he was created to help me convey emotions in my drawings, especially the emotions that my often stoic persona couldn’t express well.
2. He’s girl crazy. He pretty much falls infatuated with every cute girl he meets, & has a tendency to follow them around. He gets scolded for it a lot. x’D
3. He was going to have an older sister, & she was going to be the one to curb his girl chasing, but I gave that job to his non-canon girlfriend instead when I decided to give him Gyp as an adopted older brother.
4. He’s one of the few characters I have that actually age with the years (He’ll be 4 on June 10th!).
5. Though it’s not canon, I ship him with my OC Bekat, a female black cat from one of my stories featuring my Witch persona (You can see her in my #PassTheMistletoe drawing). She’s the aforementioned “non-canon girlfriend.” :P
6. He doesn’t speak any Human languages, he only speaks Cat language(s), but he can understand English & probably write it, too, albeit his written English would most likely be broken & childish.
7. He loves snacks & sweets, but pretzels are his most favourite, especially soft pretzels.
8. In my Cat Day/Ninja Day drawing-- Titled “Nyan-ja! (owo)”-- the paper shuriken that Yu has are the ones that I made IRL when I was a child, which I have now passed down to him. (uwu)

It's the super cool feline with girls on his mind! X3 I love this guy, along with Gyp, too! Lol, if P2 ever introduced him to Bella and/or Sheila, they'd never want him to leave. xD
