- Shiloh is Fallout oc mainly based on New Vegas and a little of Fallout four
-Shiloh is a vault dweller from an experimental vault that resulted in few but not completely extreme side effects
-The vault he lived in was raided on his 18th birthday after a vault system malfunction resulting the vault being open for the first time since closing
- Shiloh was raised as an orphan after losing his parents at a very young age in an outbreak of some sort and resulted in him being treated very poorly by adults and peers
- Shiloh has always been really out there and full of energy and yes he has always had a loud mouth and refuses to stay out of trouble even if it results badly for him, he cant help it but to be very wild

-After his vault was raided by raiders he and his fellow vault dwellers was sold to slavers and in which shiloh eventually escapes. He and his fellow vault dwellers have zero survival skins what so ever so much of the wasteland is a challenge in general
-Shiloh is actually really smart and he picks up things quickly as in he is great with science related stuff from computer hacking to modifications and more he is also good at persuasion and bargaining and he can learn much more easily
-Shiloh doesnt much care about people and their feelings he is selfish and focused on survival and having fun by being a bit psycho but he isnt impossible either.
