Fact 1: There are two versions of Pluto! One being basic human and the other being a Naga/Siren hybrid
Fact 2: Human Pluto has a pet snake friend named Alastor in which he actually stole when he was younger and he is his only friend
Fact 3: Naga Pluto is a prince- or actually he is King of "the beautiful and wicked monsters" but due to being young and childish people still refer to him as a prince

Fact 4: both versions of Pluto he is a big crybaby and very manipulative to get his own ways as he acts like a spoiled brat but even so he is still very sweet other wise its just more scary when he is a giant naga and has an undead army.
Fact 5: Fantasy version Pluto usually uses human cloaking on a normal basis but he has a poisonous bite, pertifying gaze, imense strength, siren voice (in which he can be hypnotic) and he can survive on land and underwater. He is also talented with a snake sword

Fact 6: Pluto rules over a kingdom of mostly monster kind including vampires all the way down to the living dead (zombies) and all in between. The kingdom runs mostly at night and influence by gothic style for buildings and of such. There is an unintentional hyarchy between species which is currently a struggle and humans are welcome but very rare and dangerous even though it is illegal to kill humans due to newer laws. Most dangerous monsters are banished beyond the walls into the wasteland of old ruins

Fact 7: Human Pluto works at a large aquarium as some times a guide but most his work is cleaning and wishes to perform as a merman sometimes. He is actually very good at singing and dreams of being famous in some sort of way and even is an instagram 'model' for fun. He is very shy tho so this stops him from a lot.
Fact 8:Fantasy Pluto (and human a bit) is actually very lonely due to his very high status and seeks out attention and even forces people to spend time with him because no one would other wise his childhood was spent alone and he craves the attention. Many creatures doubt his ability to rule after his parents was assassinated but Pluto is smart in his own ways and he got even smarter after the neighboring kingdom where the Fae Queen challenged him and bested him and forced to align with them. Pluto has done a lot of thinking since then.
