This looks great! The shading is near perfect, from how I last remember seeing it.
The neck looks fine to me. Since you made a recreation of another work, anything that might look off probably compares as exact to the original. That's not me dissing Vermeer though - all bodies have some unique proportion that naturally looks "off", compared to others.
