Mustard is a quirky dog who eats way too many hotdogs. He loves playing and is a good spirited boyo. You can often find him in the park...stealing strangers hotdogs with his cute outfit and bright blue eyes.
My thought process for this guy was: "WHAT IF I MADE A BALLOON BUTT DACHSHUND.... AND HIS BALLOON WAS A HOTDOG?!" xD

Re: Ty! I based a lot of it off of history, theology, science, philosophy and flavors of cultural beliefs. (Celtic, Native American etc)
