I went with a japanese theme, this is Tobimaru is based off a Shiba Inu, the succulent is a Orostachys furusei. His balloons make a dragon float.
Tobimaru is a bold and Stubborn boy, he does things his way and doesn't like to listen to others but even with his bullheaded attitude he is very loyal to his friends.
When he alone he sometimes talk to his balloons dragon.
Some of Tobimaru hobby are napping and Dancing.
He was really fun to do, if I needed to change anything let me know :)

i love the dragon scale pattern on him in places and the swirly clouds that-i-dont-know-the-proper-name-of-or-if-they-have-one

Oh my GOSH those balloons are literally so clever!!! I love his colors and his lil dragon markings!! Definitely approved!
I still can't get over how creative those balloons are, that's seriously such a cool concept
