this is cute and i think it's romantic enough
seems to me that "romantic" can differ from person to person and in this case, seeing as xaetl is shy, a simple thing like flowers and asking if five will walk with him is a shy romsntic gesture
it's not a direct open thing so that ties in with the shyness
