My next OC, Penelope Piper Larker!
I'd like to colour her, but I figured I should post a W.I.P. since I dunno how long it'll take me. As it is, I've had her lineart finished for a week & just haven't felt like colouring. :')
Again, I'd had a design in mind, but as I was drawing this, a different design came to mind & I felt like it was meant to be. She used to be a red-crowned crane, but now she's a red-capped lark. Two very different birds, lol.

yeah you can have one!! :O I have two ideas you can use to design your own divine tool!! ^w^
1.) Girl kitty, umbrella, she's cool and kind but kinda stiff. Doesn't seem to smile and has no sence of humor. She takes her job protecting her master very seriously! u - u you can help her learn to relax and if lucky can make her smile, or even better laugh! xD

2.)Girl bunny, shoes, she is timid clumsy and has lots of energy. she tends to appologize very often. since she turns into shoes she can make it so you can jump infinetly even on midair. if you can fight by using your feet she would be perfect for that! :D
