I like the weird effects on her face, but if you were trying for Lola from the GTA IV adverts give it another shot ;)

Yeah i was going for a gta type o thing,saw an add but had no reference when i did it, thought she was smoking so left out the cig for fear of getting censored

keep up the good work- all it takes is practice!!! If you simplified and used just 6 colors instead of a dozen or so youd be right in there! Keep painting!
