From what I've experienced / seen, uploaded drawings (not the ones that are saved on your 3DS/2DS) get pixelated around vivid colors. It's weird, right? The only ways I can think of are to avoid using vivid colors and not to upload drawings with such colors... I don't recommend trying them at all, your color choice and activity should not be limited by the bug. I don't think anyone's mentioned the issue on Discord, maybe I should ask the devs...
Cute drawing btw, I like the raindrop pattern.
