Day 52: OC "JJ". Done!

Wow! I got so positively surprised when I finally turned him the right direction after have painted him upside-down all the time yesterday and today. He really did not look like I imagined him, but in a good way. It is a great technique to use.
Thanks for all the great comments from users on my previous paintings at colorslive.com/discord. I have tried to listen to at least some of them and it really works. :)

Before I did this painting, I traced and looked at the values on an upside-down picture. With that practice in mind I did this painting working upside-down and flipping from side to side a couple of times. All to try to fool the brain making it stop working automatically when painting.

Do you have any thoughts on the process?
