NitroMan by Cleric
This is what I thought of when I first saw the name: Nitroman. While the original's cool... I was expecting this: a Nitro jet thing! Also this was difficult to get somewhat right: I wanted him to look like a flame/dude, yet like a man, but he looks more like some guy who's on fire..
Realistically you CAN'T run from Nitroman: even going in places motorcycles can't will result in him leaping HIGH into the air to fling sharp-wheels(?) at you!

This design seems more original, cause the other one
always just made me think of turbo man. :'D
Also, are you doing these in any order, or did you not like any
of the boss robots from 7-8?
