Re, It's because (if I remember right) he constantly charges back and forth while shooting fire, and you could only stop him with his weakness.. which only pushes him off the ledge for a couple of seconds...
Also like how random the background is: when I try this, I almost always default to a methodical pattern thing... Also I thought this guy was smiling in the WIP! Lol, hope I don't misjudge expressions in real life, could be dangerous!
