Stella Rosenburg is the young woman who works for Dianne as the head of the entertainment venue in The Serpent’s Den. Her job is to schedule and accommodate the bands that play in the building.
Once the lead singer of the wildly popular, but now disbanded rock band, Cambrian Cataclysm, Stella now deals with other musical artists who hope to play in the bar, the majority of which she considers to be “talentless hacks”.

Stella may be human, but she has two souls inhabiting her. There’s her, the normal teenaged girl, and an ancient Quetzalcoatl Dragon named Dolorus. Most of the time, she’s in control. However, under certain circumstances, Dolorus can take the wheel. While in control, Dolorus can do a bit of dark magic and transmogrification, but this weak, human form can’t handle his full power. As a result, he is a shadow of his former self. However, all those who have met him agree, he’s much more amiable then Stella.

Both individuals are aware at the same time, and see what the other sees. Stella, and any people who are closely attuned to ghosts, can hear Dolorus when he speaks to Stella, but normal people can’t.

Oooh she seems cool, I like her outfit design!

Everything seems fine to me. I think it's going to be interesting to see how she interacts with people, and what'll happen if Dolorus decides to talk to someone instead. X)
I'm also curious as to how she ended up with Dolorus's soul inhabiting her, but maybe that will be revealed during the RP.
