StarMan by Cleric
This is one my favorites solely because of the concept, Starman is a great idea but his fight and his level music isn't as Awesome.. I DID have a female version of him, too.. but I remember her never coming right.. so I skipped it, (unless someone wants to see?)
As for this design, I tried to go for dynamic--stylish, but he looks like a dude in a jumpsuit with stars glued to it.. His aura & hair are the few things that turned out right..

Forgot to say...
I'm unsure hoew dangerous he'd be.. unless he's making REAL stars--balls of hot gas and plasma as a barrier... I don't think he can hurt or even catch up to humans? He can run and jump, but I remember Megaman easily getting away from him... in a wide open space I don't think he can catch up at all...
