Hmm, Euterpe and Marco sneaking into the hospital to rescue Shepherd is always an option. XD

I'm thinking of introducing a new character soon too, so that might give you someone else to do interactions with--

That seems like the solution I'm leaning towards, I was trying to see if he could wiggle himsrlf out but rip Shep. x'D

Poor Shep and all his friends, they've stumbled into this new world where they don't understand how anything works. XD

The character is someone I already posted a ref for, I just need to add some more info and the RP tag and then I'll be able to throw him in. X)

Yep, I'm pretty sure Xeno's away for the weekend. So we might not get much done. I mostly just posted this so I can try to continue some stuff with my and Draco's people. XD

Oooh it would be cool if you decide to bring in some others! More characters is always fun, as long as you can keep track of them all. XD

And yeah, I have tons of characters I haven't done anything with in years, I need to try and draw them sometime--

Yea, bringing in a few more might complicate things, but it'll allow me to interact with others on a wider scale at least haha.

Oof yea, the ones I don't touch a lot tend to be things that aren't directly tied to my main world. haha.
So it gets hard to integrate them.
But it makes them good for rps. :P

If you wanna write anything with your characters then you're more than welcome to, I just didn't know if you prefer to wait for Xeno or not.
If you plan to have Euterpe rescue Shepherd, then you can probably just go ahead and do that, if you want to. XD

I personally don't RP with characters if they're tied to some important solo story that I'm working on. I kinda have two distinct categories for 'story charas' and 'RP charas', though I guess there's a few that fit into both.

Yea same! I like keeping two distinct categories as well.
I thinkbit might be better to wait for Xeno just so they know what's going on. x'D

I have some characters who have multiple alternate versions of themselves so they can exist in different universes, but I generally prefer to keep the main story charas separate from the less important ones. :)

Hmm yeah, it might be better to not progress too much before Xeno returns. XD

.: Ozzy had set up his drum kit at the far corner of the stage and looked up, giving Loch a quick nod. He was nervous, but he didn't show it; hopefully this song would be easy enough to play along to, and if he did mess up it wouldn't be too noticed. He stretched, lightly tapped his symbols a little, took a deep breath, and prepared himself to play.
Terry and Bumble hurried away and settled at a table near the stage. "He'll do great! Won't he, Terry?" Bumble squealed. Terry just smiled and shushed her. :.

Loch gave Ozzy another glance as she adjusted her microphone. She then turned to give Pyre a meaningful look. Catching it, Pyre sent a telepathic message into Ozzy's head. //Don't worry about getting anything wrong!// he said. //Everyone knows this is completely improvised, so they won't care if you make a few mistakes.//

Loch took a deep breath and started strumming her guitar, beginning an upbeat rock-pop song. 'We stayed up from 10PM until the dawning light,' she started singing into the mic. 'Missed a couple hours' sleep just to make sure that you were feeling all right...'

.: Ozzy glanced at Pyre in surprise for a moment; he wan't used to telepathy. He then pulled himself together and started to lightly drum to the rhythm, his eyes fixed on the sheet music before him. This looked like it wasn't going to be too hard... or at least, not for most of the song. He wanted to pay more attention to the lyrics, but he had to focus mostly on his playing. :.

Loch also needed to concentrate - she had a terrible habit of forgetting lyrics. However, she still spared a few glances at Ozzy to make sure he was doing OK. She didn't want him to be overwhelmed, which was why she'd chosen a simple song instead of one of their... wilder rock tracks.

The song reached its chorus.

Stal squinted at the band as they played. Ozzy seemed to be doing pretty good, though he didn't want to admit it. 'Wasn't expecting her to play Amethyst Sunrise, but I guess they're trying to keep it easy for him... he wouldn't have coped if she'd decided to play one of our fast metal songs...'

(Also, a quick note to everyone - it's currently late at night in the RP, so at some point we might have to do a timeskip to the next morning. I'll probably do that once everyone's finished with all the interactions/plans that are happening right now, if that makes sense.)

'Personally, I'd never perform with someone who hadn't rehearsed the song,' grunted Stal. 'But Loch cares more about having fun than doing good. I guess that's something that separates our bandmates from each other. Some of us want to become successful, and some of us just want to have fun.'

'It's not a BAD thing,' replied Stal. 'But Gray and I are the only ones who actually WANT to become successful. Loch, Arc and Pyre are happy just being a small-time band. Sometimes I wish they'd take things more seriously. But I guess I can't change who they are.'

{Dianne just chuckles at Stal.}

Dianne: “You don’t become successful by being the most serious band. You just play. And if the crowds like what you play, then you become successful.”

Stal's eyes flickered towards Dianne for a split second as he tried to figure out whether she was mocking him or not. 'Maybe,' he growled. 'But if they keep on missing practice sessions because they wanted to go to parties, or go on /dates,/ then I'm gonna be having words with them.'

Meanwhile, up on the stage, the band's song was coming to a close. The spectators applauded appreciatively as Loch strummed out the final chords on her guitar and the music died down. 'Hey, everyone!' she called into the microphone. 'I've got to thank you guys for being so nice about us missing our real performance. I promise we'll be back to play here again as soon as we can, and Arc won't be late this time.' She grinned.

{Dianne shrugs in response.}

Dianne: "Ok. I guess you should make sure just how committed they are. But still, you can't force them to abandoned the other aspects of their lives just to commit entirely to your cause.

'Of course I wouldn't,' Stal grunted. His gaze was fixed on the stage, losing interest in the conversation as he watched Loch talking to the crowd. 'I just have to be careful to keep them in line. Can't let them get lazy.'

Arc, who had been quiet until then, smiled good-naturedly. 'I always try my best to attend practice sessions, you know. But sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Like that boy who got hit by a car earlier - I do hope he's alright.'

Dianne: I hope so too. Although, he was dressed in some odd garb. Perhaps he was a foreigner."

While the conversation between the two dragged on, Marco had already wandered into the hospital after struggling to get away from Euterpe who had tried to restrain him.
Soon after the doctor had made the intentions and protocol of the institution clear a large ruckus could be heard from outside.

There was one small bump on the door, it sound like it came from a smaller animal. It was followed after a large crash which broke through the door.
It was Euterpe standing over Marco in a heap of what was once a door. She looked very crossed, but after locking eyes on Shepherd she wasted no time seizing both the dog and the boy.
"Wait! Wait! Do you mind explaining to me what happened?" Shepherd blurted not at all happy that he was being dragged off like a small puppy.

"How about later." She growled as they bound towards the exit of the building.

There were several calls from behind followed by screaming at the intitial mayhem that unfolded.

"You seemed to be great at breaking things- wait we need to get my things!" Shepherd said a litte exasperated.

"Marco found them, the dog's logic is strange to me. Leaves you when you're hear, comes running and wailing when you leave." Euterpe grumbled unamused.

(rushed but school will make me forget if I don't do it now hdg df f dg)

(Lol, school will sure keep people busy.)

{The doctor was dumbfounded by what had just unfolded. Regaining his composure, he runs after the group.}

Doctor: "Wha-Hey! You can't leave!? Security! Stop that kidnapper!"

'Yeah, sometimes people from other countries show up here unexpectedly. Happens more often than you'd think,' said Stal. 'Arc, Gray and I all originated from other places.'

Dianne: “Yeah, that’s true. I’m not from here either. But, I’ve been around long enough to be considered a local.”

(Gonna wait until I post the new room on Saturday to do Stal's response, since it will also involve the other band members and I'd prefer to wait until Drac's around.)
