It's Brightman, I... tried to do a contrast for his level & his attack, I'm unsure if it went through right
and... his attack doesn't make too much sense in the game. The concept of blinding a enemy to attack is fun, and the ways it COULD work is Awesome! But this shouldn't work on robots... at all.. at least not the high-tech bull$hit Megaman should have normally...
