That's his new gi he got, his old one resembeled Goku's more but it got pretty torn up from fights so instead a costom made gi was made for him from C.C. He kept the orange as respect for his master. And that blue ribbon is an old one his wife wore when she was a teenager. It modivates him when he's fighting.

Tommo and Sasha are still 7 here but in a few years Uub starts training them, and boy they get pretty strong, especally Tommo.

Of course Mayling fights too with Tien's techniques and teaches them to the kids. Tommo has more potential then his sister though do to hidden powers in his third eye. But both of them share great strength from Uub's majin soul and Mayling's triclops warrior blood line.
