Launch just playing around with Uub. She's actually excited about Uub being a potential boyfriend for Mayling and wants them to get together. Launch normaly isn't like that but she's got a good feeling that Uub might be perfect for Mayling. And she's right. lol

Becuase they end up getting together a month later.
Also you might notice that Launch is greying abit at her roots, that's becuase she's actually 59 here. But she still looks pretty good for 59!

This actually plays out differently than how I thought Blonde Launch would've treated Uub. x'D I thought she would've been more rough, but I guess being with Tien calmed her down, lol. :p
