This design is based off one I had stuck in my head for years, the reason she (& others) exists is because of my perverted mind back then, solely.. and feeling the need to bring her back up inspite of me not thinking this way anymore..
As for design.. I screwed up the anatomy, and hopefully someone notices the tie/ribbon on her neck revealing why her head/neck area don't match up..
